Two weeks ago I came here to cancel a shipment, they confirmed the cancellation of the shipment and today I called and they informed me that the cancellation was not made, and that I sent them my ID information by wsp. When I went two weeks ago, I presented my ID AND DONE THE PROCEDURE. In total, the entire transaction lost more than 6 hours between going, waiting, and all for nothing. The young man I spoke to on the phone hung up on us, and continued to insist that the cancellation had not been made even though when I made the cancellation they gave me a RECEIPT. Terrible customer service and the employees don't care about your time or money.

Today it is supposed to say service until 8:30, I arrived at 8:20, they have all my information, it took me 5 minutes to get my attention and they still didn't want to serve me, plus I didn't have any clients in front of me so they could deny me the service.

If I could give them a zero I would. This place is a JOKE!
I came today 3/11 at 6:30, in case a supervisor sees this I can know who the two cashiers were. And they couldn't cash a check just because it had “3 signatures,” when it had my name and my signature on it. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE
