If I could give them zero stars I would. They didn’t screw on the coolant cap properly and a few days later when I went on a roadtrip the car went into Limp Mode to protect the cylinders from heat damage because of all the coolant leaking out.. I called to inform them of what happened and one of the managers didn’t even apologize for the negligence. Also he said he’d call me back to give coupons/gift card and he never did…
Needless to say I’m never coming back.

Fast and efficient service at this location! I'm always amazed that they can do an oil change and emissions so quickly. Thank you to Jake for your professionalism and courtesy.

They’re overpriced, not only that but they were going to replace our brake light when we were there and then they didn’t because they said it was a dealership issue because they installed the light wrong. Well when my wife brought the car back and I looked myself and there was no issue I replaced the light myself no problem and it works. The workers were being lazy not only that but they were rude and snappy with my wife.

Plan on spending around 2+ hrs here because that's how long it took to get a simple oil change done. People were being serviced before us when we had been there longer, and we weren't given any notice or time frame that we would be here as long as we were.

I drive all over the country for work and at this particular location, is the longest I’ve ever had to wait on a simple oil change.

I was surprised by the price of the emissions test. They didn’t post what their pricing was anywhere that I could see. They also took down my VIN information wrong and I had to wait about 25 minutes for the emissions test when he told me it would take about 15.
