When I came, I said I needed an oil change. I felt rushed out of my car and into the lobby, where an annoying radio station was playing with a note that said do not touch. When I went to ask about a coupon because I wanted to make sure I was getting the correct oil for the coupon to count, the man was very brash with me And commanded me to go sit in the lobby almost aggressively. He said we’ll talk about it in there (meaning after they already put the oil in). I got a bad feeling from the employees and so I chose to leave the service early.
Some constructive feedback for this location:
-ask what kind of oil customers want to change (I wasn’t asked, just rushed into lobby)
-be willing to listen to customer’s questions/concerns and do your best to address them (ask manager if you don’t know)
- if you really don’t want customers coming into the garage, put up a sign that says so.
-remember, people are paying you to work on their vehicles. Don’t treat them like they are pests.

First oil change they didn’t clean under the car properly which made me need to return for them to clean up. But they were great about it on the return visit!

Very nice service. Detailed information when came in to change oil and they accessed what things the car needed but they were never pushy to do anything. Good customer service and very respectful.

I don’t know why the reviews for this place are negative. I came, got my oil changed in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff were pleasant and personable. It’s where I’ve gone for the last couple years and where I’ll continue to go.

This was for my grand daughter’s car, the waiting room smelled it was not clean at all. They did get the car done rather quickly considering there were only two customers. Service was ok but i won’t use these location again.
