I took my car to Audi and they wanted $4,700 for a service Jimmy agreed to do for $1,300. We ended up closer to $1,900 but with all genuine Audi parts they did a great job in two short days and it was ready for pick up from the cheery receptionist Doug. Thanks Jimmys!

Doug is my favorite! He is kind, helpful and always gets me back on the road. As a family we service 4 of our cars here. A Volkswagen, a Porsche and two Audis. Service is always remarkable!

Granted I received the service I paid and asked for, (they must have had a bad day) I've struggled with the idea of going back. They seemed to assume the worst of me and appeared annoyed and bothered with my presence. I felt extremely unwelcome.I tried to make friends with the staff, attempting to break the ice and make it a place I'd like to come back to. I don't think they wanted that at all. Attempts at friendly engagements with the staff were met with coldness, tension, and aggression. They assumed the worst and it was almost as if they thought I was trying to provoke them to anger. Jimmy was extremely overwhelming to talk to.All things considered, I have a strong fear of going back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you own a German car and don't want to spend a bajillion dollars getting it fixed, head on over to Jimmy's! These guys are super knowledgeable, which translates into faster work, better quality, and lower prices than the competition! My only regret is that I wasn't recommended to Jimmy's until after I had an absolute nightmare of an experience with another mechanic.Jimmy's has won over all of my business for as long as I own a VW.Thank you!

Horrible horrible service. We took two vehicles in for an inspection to decide if we wanted to purchase them. The mechanic said he’s the only one there so it’ll be about an hour per car. He said he would call once one of the cars was finished so we could come and take it back to the dealer. After 3 hours of waiting we finally drove back and saw both cars sitting out, finished. When we came in the owner(?), an older man was very rude when we mentioned that we had been waiting and hadn’t received a call. He just goes “oh well that’s not good”. He asked our names and when we gave them to him he rudely responded “No, just one at a time.” Once he brings our papers over with the issues on each car he slides it over to us and doesn’t even go over them. I had to explicitly ask him to go over all of the issues, which should be a given when paying $90 for a car inspection, $180 between the two cars. Also, they tack on an $18 fee that isn’t quoted so be aware of that. He took it off when I asked about it but I know there are a lot of people who would just have paid it. Honestly, after this experience I would never buy a Volkswagen just so that I don’t have to come back. Thanks for making this decision an easy one!

I was a little guarded when I first went in because I’ve never dealt with a car mechanic before that hadn’t talked down to me. However, by the time I left I felt extremely comfortable interacting with the staff as they treated me great. Every time I walked in it was only a few seconds until someone was able to talk me. Doug immediately knew who I was each time and they treated me more than fair throughout the whole interaction. I am so glad I went to Jimmy’s. They called to update me throughout the price and made everything really easy. I’m easily a return customer at Jimmy’s! Thank you for everything! ❤️
