Our atlas had a minor oil leak and exhaust leak. Nothing major and the vehicle ran great without and engine light or any other issues We took it up to have it fixed. They called later saying it was fixed but now we have a misfire with an engine light. They told me they would put spark plugs and new coils. They later called saying it was done but that didn’t fix the issue.
We returned and picked up the vehicle that is now running horribly had no power and an engine light that it never had before. I took It back where they said they would look at it again now they said it’s not the car shaft it’s an oil separator. 2 days later another call saying that’s not the problem and it was the cam shaft 6k fix. Please explain how i pay $1400 to fix and in return i get A vehicle that is pretty much inoperable with no help from them. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional i recommended them to no one and will never return.

I was attempting to go to the neighboring Thai restaurant but didn't quite know where I was going. I tried driving around this building when I saw a chain, and put my car into reverse to back out the way I came. Before backing, a Karen came out shouting that that (the chain) was not a way out, and didn't want to hear it when I tried calmly explaining that I was trying to leave the way I came (the way she was telling me to go, she didn't seem to understand that was where I was going). I don't want to come anywhere near this property after this interaction, let alone do business with the likes of her.

We have used Jimmy’s a couple times now for our son’s Jetta. They have been amazing and exceptional each time. If you have a European car I’d recommend them very highly.

Jimmy and Susie are wonderful and amazing at what they do and are very personable. I bought a used 2003 mercedes c240 from them and its lasted me years. And not because of the car itself but because Jimmy knows what he's doing. Jimmy doesn't sell a car unless he knows it'll make his customers happy and leave the lot hassle free for the rest of the cars life.

Best service I have ever had with an auto repair service. Jimmy and his team are exceptional at solving issues, understanding the ins and outs of our VW bug. Best of all, I can send my daughter here with her bug and know that she will be well taken care of.

JImmy's was amazing, super prompt service, willing to help with my delays and other issues. Was quoted a $250-300 service from another repair shop in the provo area and Jimmys did it for $60. Freaking awesome. So glad i used them!

Highly recommend Jimmy’s. Had my Passat towed in over the weekend in limp mode. Jimmy got to it first thing this morning and called to tell me it was just an intake hose that caused the trouble. Had it fixed up and running and only charged me for a half hour of labor. Honest and highly skilled. Thank you Jimmy!

A friend of mine brought their car here to have the heater hoses fixed (the lines to the heater core were leaking), on the way there their son blew the mlm motor. Jimmy's employees knew the motor was blown so it was pointless to fix the hoses but instead of calling and notifying them that their motor was blown, they went ahead and fixed it anyway, charged them over $700 then told them they needed to come have their car towed off the property. Any good honest mechanic would have let you know that the original work needed was now pointless unless they fixed the motor first. Then they were quite rude about them getting their car out of there. I will never go there nor will I reccomend anyone else to go there.

I got my AUDI to fix cause the engine light is on, they were fixing and still engine light is on, fixing again, the mechanic is no good, he is guessing all the time, and the owner take advantage all the time too, and no nice at all with customer, no recommend at all, no good guys ??????

Poor and possibly anti-feminine customer service.My fiancé went in to retrieve her car from Jimmy’s. The older man at the front desk didn’t believe her when she said that her dad had already paid for the repairs. She paid in order to take the car home and have her dad return later and settle the account. The receipt was in the front seat of the car so she returned to the front desk for a refund. The manager came out of his office and asked if she wanted a refund. He took $20 from his wallet and tossed it at her. Rather than returning the payment to her card as requested, the manager angrily gave her a cash refund that was $1.45 short.I will n out go to Jimmy’s if this is how they treat female customers.One of the employees later apologized to her dad on the phone, but the manager did not.
