Tawni in the Riverwoods store was great! None of my husband's dress clothes fit well anymore. So we literally had to replace everything. Tawni was extremely personable, and helped us find a sport coat and several pairs of pants, casual and dress shirts, plus a sweater that could stand alone and everything also layered beautifully, at a price that was surprisingly reasonable! The store was busy, yet I noticed everyone felt cared for. Staff always had a smile and took a moment to connect personally. We met every staff member by name while we were there. I could tell this is a regular practice because staff member Aaron, greeted a customer by name when she entered and when she left. My new favorite men's clothing store!

Tawni was awesome! I went to a bunch of stores looking for dress shirts, and everyone else just told me I’d have to order online because I’m really tall. 😅 She was the only one who actually took the time to help me find something that fit. She paid attention, cared, and made the whole thing way easier than I expected. Give her a raise — she’s out here proving tall guys can find shirts in-store! 🙌

The person who helped us was very friendly, helpful, and helped me with exactly what I was looking for. I just went to look, but I bought a suit, an overcoat, a shirt, shoes, and a belt.

Aaron and Ryan were so amazing! They helped us figure out what we wanted and were patient and fitted us perfectly! It made me so much more excited for our wedding colors!!

I was really hoping for a better experience. I’m giving this store a 2 star only because the gentleman that helped us was nice and feel like he did a good job.
I came in with my son, picked up a suit for his baptism. They told us it could be picked up the day before the baptism. Little red flag #1. I thought what if it doesn’t fit, or needs something, hopefully they can get it done a day before that. I call two days before and they said oh yea it’s ready, okay? Why didn’t anyone let me know. I go pick it up today, the day before his baptism and am completely in shock. First of all there’s no plastic wrap around the suit, nothing. I didn’t go buy a suit at Walmart, I came here spent, close to $300 for a kid sized suit. And then I look at it and the seams are like coming apart.. one wrong move tomorrow and he’s toast, it’s going to rip. I’m posting pictures with this post to show you what we picked up today. What a disaster. And I call to see my options about getting a refund and he’s like you could bring it by today to get it fixed, yea I don’t have time for that, I again came here for a reason and spent the money I did instead of going to Walmart and could have spent $70 on the same suit.

Ask for Ryan, I’m sure the other employees are awesome but Ryan was the GUY! I went in to get a rental for my wedding and he did everything to get exactly what I wanted, took his time gave me multiple options and explained styles that fit me best. Whatever event is next I’m Comming to see him for it. Thank you Ryan at the Orem riverwoods location !

Their employees knew about suit sizing (I sure didn't). He helped us find the right size of suit and shoes that fit very comfortably. They have a better selection of suits than we found at Men's Warehouse.
