This is literally the worst bank I’ve ever used in my life! To start off I called the customer service line and I was trying to get help and the lady hung up on me, I called back cause I was looking to try and figure out if they would just decline purchases if there wasn’t funds (I had a 2.99 charge from Apple come out and got charged 38.50 in an overdraft fee from a 2.99 charge) the girl I talked to said that a hassle free account wouldn’t charge overdraft fees and to go in

I have had two very positive experiences at this bank, so I think the few negative reviews below must have been about a different team. The current manager and officers at this bank are wonderful: they have been extremely compassionate and understanding about a difficult situation I've been in. To me, they have gone well beyond what they are required to as a bank to help me out. Highly recommend.

If there were negative stars I would give that! I have never had such poor customer service! Cashing a check through their own bank and I needed 2 forms of picture ID, my social security card, place of employment and phone number. Total time to cash one check, 25 minutes and I had to pay a $7.50 charge??

My grandfather, who I look after, tripped and fell in the street last week, right outside your door. He hit his face rather hard and there is a definite mark there and on his elbow. He entered your business and asked if he could use the restroom to look at his injury. He was turned away for not being a member. Well, I am a member. Rather was. If you can't let an elderly person use a mirror, how can I trust you to take care of me?
