I love my new dreadnaught guitar!! The action is fantastic. It immediately bumped my playing ability from beginner-ish up, making the bar chords that I was struggling to play on my previous guitar playable. It's hard to walk by it without stopping to play it. Thank you!!!

I bought one of the first KLOS full-sized, fully carbon fiber instruments, which was delivered in September 2020, sight unseen, knowing I could return it without obligation. I have other guitars, including a Martin HD-28 and an Epiphone (IBG) J-200, but the KLOS has become my to-to over that time. The sound is brighter than my wood guitars - dreadnaughts and jumbos - but the tone is lovely, the volume is comparable, and the action/playability is superior. I have travelled to Nicaragua with the guitar in my suitcase, and it remains in perfect, unflawed condition. I am currently preparing and excited to buy another - the Grand Cutaway. Customer service has also been exceptional.

Received my baritone ukulele today. WhooHoo! After unboxing and quickly opening the gig bag for a quick peak the closing it up and letting the instrument to acclimatize which I may not have needed to do for a carbon instrument. Got the ukulele out , tuned it up and began to enjoy not only the beauty of it but also the sound. I am very well pleased with this purchase and am looking very forward to spending many hours getting to know it. Klos, thank you for an excellent instrument and excellent service.

The KLOS team did a great job servicing my Strat. They did a full plek and personalized setup for significantly less than I have found at any other shop. Their facility is very cool, and their team is super personable.

Ian was good enough to make it easy to get my guitar PLEK'D. The KLOS guys put in some extra effort and had to adapt to my peculiarities! Enjoyed playing the guitars in the show room and got back an more excellent instrument than I took in.

Had a broken tubing peg- they offered to replace all of them and restring it. staff was nice and easy to work with.

This was the best experience I’ve had with guitar repair! I needed to drive back to St. George, so they worked over the weekend to make sure I got it on time.My guitar has never sounded so good!!

Awesome instrument. I got the full carbon full size acoustic and it's unbelievable. So easy to play, dependable, looks cool, lightweight, and I can't put it down.Edit: I can't wait until they come up with a banjo! Count me in!

My new KLOS Strat neck if phenomenal! I was floored by it's looks when I first took it out of the box, it's beautiful! And the neck was Plek'd great, no unlevel frets, no fret sprout, just smooth stainless steel frets that will last forever! The sound is amazing, no dead spots, no dead frets, no buzzes, just clear ringing notes! What a phenomenal value, get one before the price goes up! You'll be glad you did!
