Look, nobody likes going to the dealership because it means your car has issues. I can honestly say the people who work in the service department are *the* nicest people to ever have worked anywhere, especially Mason. These people are just so freaking nice it's hard to hate the fact that you're without your car for four days. Anyway, good place, kind people.

We traded in our 2021 Rubicon on a 2023 Gladiator, and I feel there was some give and take on both sides given the Manufacturer rebate had just took a big hit so the deal was struck.We didn't load up on everything but one thing we did purchase was the Crystal Fusion windshield protection, a product/service we paid for but have yet to receive and have applied. Everyone was more concerned about my getting signed up on the Jeep app than fulfillment of a purchased product.To be clear, the buying process was not the issue but rather the once the ink was drying is where the ball was dropped in a couple of ways and I appreciate Drew reaching out in regards to how things had been handled.

The staff was friendly and nice, but the service took soo long just to get an assessment. They then wanted to keep my vehicle for an extra day, which I was totally fine with. Then after all of the delays, they didn’t have the correct part and want me to come back in a month. So they had my truck for two days and did nothing. I understand that things happen and problems arise. But I feel there could have been a more efficient process

We have taken our vehicle in several times. Isaac has been very helpful….keeping us frequently updated on the status. Work is done timely and we trust the work that is done. Thank you for taking care of us and our vehicle!

Had my car towed in for a water in fuel line sensor error code that popped up. Already paid for two towes to have this replaced/repaired 3 weeks ago at this same dealership. Walked away having to pay for two new batteries and speed sensor replacement? No questions answered about the fuel line issue…and the service department picked up my call only once from the dozens of times I attempted to call over 3 days to get any sort of answers/communication. I left messages and never got a reply back and was left feeling defeated. Guarantee I won’t be back unless the same fuel line sensor code comes back on and will 100% have you pay for towing (future and past) and/or any other services performed. …..don’t know why you were doing an alignment when I never even asked for one…wild…so much for “guaranteeing” services/fixes.

Every time I’ve brought my 2014 Jeep GC eco diesel into the shop so far they have done it in a good mannerly time! And every time I leave happy! They are my new go to for mechanics, I’ve gotten videos of issues, and diagnostics. Straight forward with everything thing. Thoroughly check everything and if they see something they make it aware it’s known about. Been there twice now, and I know I’ll be going more since it’s an older vehicle but I am happy to say they are my go to dealership/shop! And I drive 100 miles just for them! 10/10 would recommend!

First, I walked around for a few moments before a guy sitting at a desk finally made eye contact. I asked if it was a dealership or a repair shop. (Seeing as no one acted like they wanted to address me, or that they wanted to make a sell that day.) Tim made up for that with his assistance, after I clarified I was interested in a truck on the lot. During the purchase process is where it all went south. Instead of the offering to send me to go get a cashiers check at the bank I was wanting to write a check from (since getting verified from the bank I was on the account was not good enough.) They instead offered for me to come three hours back (I live out of town) for the truck, or be followed home by an employee. So when I realized how close the bank was and how easily it could have been resolved; I decided it was for the best. I will never purchase a vehicle from any of the Larry H Miller dealers after this ridiculous, waste of time (4 1/2 hours of run-around.) knowing they ran my credit, so now there’s a “hit” on my credit, and I had already had it added onto my insurance. I felt like I jumped through all their hoops, above and beyond; to just get the run around. Total lack of common sense; seeing as there were 4 of them talking about me. Yet none of them thought to send me not even a mile to the bank. And I was literally the only customer at the time.

Isaac was able to get me in same day when I was really in a bind and jumped on a call to explain what was likely happening with my car. Other dealerships I called were so unhelpful and told me they couldn’t set an appointment until a month out. Service was quick and they went above and beyond. Updates were given throughout the service. Couldn’t recommend this service department more!

I just want to give a big shoutout to Mason for all his effort in helping with my dad’s Chrysler 300. We had extensive work done on the car and he was nothing but professional. Being an older vehicle with a lot of miles he was very transparent that it was a risk to spend as much money on the repairs as was needed and because of that we felt more inclined to have the work done because of the honesty. That car is my dad’s pride and joy and has been running immaculately since. Thank you Mason and team!

Regarding Service: I'll be canceling my appointment for new tires on my Ram 3500 as they would not price match a quote from their other dealership in Sandy. Not only does their website state that they do indeed honor price match for local tires, you would think they would honor a quote from their own franchise. I was told prices are subject to change by their parts person so I will be driving way out of my way for honest service.

I took my car in multiple times to the Chevy dealership explaining the issue to them and every time the answer I got from them was "There is nothing wrong. We can't find anything." After months of frustration trying to diagnose the issue on my own, I decided to make an appointment with these folks. They did not disappoint! They immediately found the issue as well as the potential of a few more issues. They reviewed everything that they would like to take care of on the car, and asked if I understand and approve. A few days later they called me to explain that a few of the things that they thought were an issue really weren't. It was just unwanted moisture and after a thorough inspection wasn't warranted. Honesty is key and they have it in spades.

Incredible! Our van was having transmission problems and we were able to take it to Provo Larry H. Miller and Jake with the service department went above and beyond. We got updated calls letting us know what was going on during the diagnostic part. Then he even gave us two options when they found the problem. He was completely honest that transmission didn't need to be completely replaced and let us choose between two options. By him giving us options and being honest and not scamming us like other car places we were able to save us over 1,000 dollars and I am grateful for his honesty! Huge shout out to Jake. Highly recommend him and grateful he helped us.

Angel Toro was awesome to work with. He was responsive to texts, got a good idea what we were looking for, and then sent a bunch of great options through text. I forgot to respond and he followed up with me and got us in a great car. All the while he was fun to work with-- great sense of humor and very personable. I don't plan on buying another car for a few years, but I'd gladly buy from Angel again when the time comes.
