I had a great experience here, one I won't forget. I was looking at a certain truck online but Christian wanted to get me into a better truck with lower mileage. He spent all day looking for the right truck for me, he even worked with me on the down payment. I got off work late and they went out of their way to stay open for me so I could come down and drive off the lot in a new vehicle. Which was very kind. Christian was comfortable to talk with and was very professional. I'm impressed with this dealership, I would definitely recommend coming here. If I'm ever in the market for another vehicle, I'll come back here.

Made an appointment and when I checked in they said they would get my vehicle back right away for an oil change. Over an hour later after my scheduled appointment time, I saw them take the vehicle back for servicing. Took over another hour to complete the service. Why schedule an appointment if it’s going to take that long? Wasted a lot of time I didn’t need to. Service was accomplished which drove the 3 stars, but not happy with the time it took or lack of updates during the process.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience here. It’s sad when you can’t take your car into the manufacturer and trust that they want the best for their customers. The most current situation is I took my Explorer in to be fixed. The left blinker went out last year. They told me it was going to cost me thousands to get it fixed. They said it wasn’t covered on my warranty. The blinker shorted out again this year and then the screen stopped working. I took it in 2 days before my wedding planning to take my car for the honeymoon. It’s now been a week and my car is still in the service center. I had to follow up with the service tech to ask if there was an update on my car after 4 hours. After a phone call they let me know that it would cost me 2,000 dollars to have the problems fixed… mind you I’ve been paying for a warranty on my car since I purchased it. Nothing is ever covered. I called my dad to let him know what was going on. He was there when I purchased the car and advised me to get the warranty. After my dad went down to Ford they said they weren’t aware that I had a warranty?? I have ONLY taken my car in to be serviced by FORD since purchasing the car. My warranty was on file. The button just needed to be clicked so they could see it. The price went from 2,000 to 180 dollars of my deductible. That’s a big chunk of money. They needed to keep my car to fix everything. After my honeymoon we went down the next morning to pick up the car. Only to be told that there was ANOTHER problem that all the sudden was found with the electronics in the driver side mirror… that’s why the blinker was shorting… but that’s not what I was told 4 days previously. This new fix was AGAIN NOT COVERED by my warranty and would cost me 467 dollars. So instead of have it a bill of 180 like I had planned all the sudden I owe 600 dollars + tax. Once again I called my dad in frustration he went down to the dealership because I was not able to pick up my car the morning I had planned because not everything was fixed. My dad called the warranty company, after talking with the supervisor there they stated that the part that was ordered from the FORD dealership was a driver side mirror. Not the electronic wiring that goes inside. The physical mirror is not covered by my warranty but the electrical is. The lack of attention to detail and communication that I’ve experienced through the FORD dealership has been very discomforting and disappointing. All in all everything is covered by my warranty except the 180 dollars. If I wouldn’t have had my father follow up and push and investigate I would be looking at paying 2500 dollars out of pocket. The dishonesty and lack of consideration makes me not want to return. Cole in the service department was VERY accommodating and kind. Other than that I’m not impressed with any of their services or employees or their work. My advice would be to not buy a ford in the first place to not have the proper company take advantage of you. Very disappointed.

Olivia was a breath of fresh air to work with. Her communication and knowledge was great. I’ve been to all of the Larry H Ford dealerships in the valley and she’s the first person that didn’t seem like it was an inconvenience to be there. I never leave reviews but she deserves this one.

We were overall satisfied with our experience today. We were just waiting for about an hour for our sales rep to be there which was unfortunate but didn’t dampen the total experience. Both Jon and Johnny were helpful and helped get everything handled. We were pleased with our trade in value and the advice we were given when purchasing our new vehicle. They got us out the door with a newer vehicle that cost the same as the older one we were looking at.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from this dealership! The salesman Jon was extremely helpful throughout the process and never pushy. The manager Neli was also involved and was very kind. My financing situation was a little tricky, I had been turned away at another dealership. This dealership got my financing approved for exactly what I wanted. They got me into a car much newer than I ever thought I could afford. I was truly grateful for their help!

I scheduled an appointment to just have my oil changed. The next day I dropped off my car for the appointment, and when they were cashing me out at the end they charged me $40 more than I had been quoted the previous day. When I asked why, they said that it was because they accidentally gave me the full vehicle inspection package. Not once did I ever mention a full vehicle inspection package when I set up my appointment. They then proceeded to still charge me the extra money without a discounted price. I get it if it was an accident, but I feel like they should have at least given me a better price.They called and corrected the mistake. The quick customer service to fix the mistake was impressive and overall I’m very impressed.

My truck had a recall, and additionally, I needed to retrieve the door code as i got The truck used and didn’t have it. I went to the other local Ford dealer in the valley and they wanted to charge me $100 to retrieve the door code. Additionally, there was no pick up or drop off valet service. I called Larry Miller booked my appointment. They reached out to me, offered a free valet service. They came and got my truck performed all of Recalls and got me my truck code for FREE, and dropped it off to me when it was done. Absolutely hassle free and done in record time. Thank you very much for the smooth transaction, I am really impressed and will definitely be going to LHM Ford in the future. The other guys are 5 mins away from my house and even if I had to drive to provo myself I would prefer it after this outstanding service. Thanks again!

Thank you Dakota & Jon for helping us get a vehicle we REALLY wanted at a price we were comfortable with in this crazy car buying market. There was no pressure, no games, they were simply interested in being helpful and genuinely wanted to assist us after our car accident. We felt backed into a corner when our previous car was totaled and we couldn't afford to get something new. We spent 4 months looking for the right deal for us. When i first went in to see our ford escape i was surprised at how much i loved it, however, due to high interest rates we just couldn't afford the monthly payment. Somehow, Dakota and Jon got us to a monthly payment we were comfortable with. I know they spent multiple hours getting us approved for this deal. Thank you thank you thank you! No more riding our bike in the snow. You've really helped our family

Just a quick shout out to Jonny Payan. He put together an awesome deal on a Mustang Gt for me. Went above and beyond to make me happy. Unfortunately I wasn't able to purchase the car ( my issue, not his) and he was very polite and professional throughout the process. Thank you Jonny! I highly recommend both Jonny and this dealership.

They only listen and do things if you leave bad reviews, so here we are. Their service department is the worst in the state. Reece NEVER answers his phone or calls you back or keeps his word. We have been in and out of the dealership for the past year with the same issue and just when you think they’ve fixed it, it’s not fixed and we are in the shop again. Reece says he’ll call you back, but never does. You have to keep pestering him to even listen or most times I just show up at Larry H Miller. Our car is in the shop at the moment for something they “fixed” a few weeks ago and we were promised we would receive a call to let us know if the part was in. Never got the call from Reece and we are left through the weekend without knowing when we’ll have our car back. My husband called, waited on hold for 45 minutes because Reece was “with a customer” (he’s always with a customer, on a call). And finally my husband ended the call because they were closed. Nothing is more frustrating. Reece is very good at apologizing and telling you what you want to hear, so you think he’s going above and beyond only to be disappointed time and time again. I could expound on our 15 times of experiences being in this shop in the last two years (our car is only three years old), but I’ll spare you the details.

Reese and Alicia were amazing! Both were very helpful and patient while I got my car fixed. Super friendly and willing to help me understand what was going on.It would have been 5 stars but I had to get my car worked on 3 different times for things that I requested on the first visit.

by the time my truck was finished i had many questions about my extended warranty on my truck. i went in and the person over my truck was now in so this guy stepped in and helped me figure it out and spent over an hour on the phone with my warranty company to ask them questions and see why some of the things i got done weren’t being covered and got them covered for me! he was super willing to step in and help me out, and answer any questions i had and more. i also spoke with the service manger as well and he was super willing to re do my paper work so it was correct and was super helpful. thank you for all who helped me figure out my warranty and figure out why parts were not correct on my paper work.

I've taken my car in to LHM Lincoln many times and they have always been good but this last time was the polar opposite. No communication, they had the car for 4 days. When you call, no one answers in service so I resorted to calling the sales depth and asking them to have service call me back. It took four calls to get one callback. They finally just brought my car back to me and said they would call me when some of the parts came in. I never found out what was fixed and what wasn't. Weeks went by with no call back so I called them again. They said the parts are in so I am hoping this was a one off. Still don't know why you can't get through to the service dept on the phone. No one answers.
