Had a very slow leak in my tire, I had stopped at a different tire shop the day before and they couldn’t find anything wrong and sent me on my way, next morning the tire was almost completely flat, I took it to Les Schwab in Provo and they got me in quickly and found a very small stiff wire in the tire, it was repaired and they sent me on my way, no charge, highly recommend this store

They were honest and said I didn’t actually need new tires. And he taught me how to check if I need to tires properly, since I had done it wrong and thought I needed new ones. They didn’t charge me at all for the appointment I made. I’m very grateful!
I also saw them try to talk another customer out of getting 4 new tires when they only really needed 2. Very trustworthy!

Dropped off the car for 4 new tires
Came back in an hour like I was told it would be done... My car was still in the lot
Asked for my car they told me it would be 1/2 hour more.. an hour later they were done
Poor service can't recommend this place to anyone

I had an appointment and upon checking in I was told they “were running a bit late and should expect to be done in an hour and a half.” I agreed to the time and waited. And waited. And waited some more. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, having been given no update or more info, I asked if they were done. I was told they hadn’t even started but that they would get to it soon. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for a business. Will not be going back.

It shouldn't take TWO HOURS to mount and balance a set of tires. They also tried to scam us with some bullsh*t about lug nuts. Obviously they didn't realize they were dealing with someone who's dad OWNED a tire shop.

worst mechanic experience i’ve ever had. didn’t have my car done when they said they would, rushed to finish and incorrectly installed my backing plate, so i had to immediately go to another mechanic and have their rushjob “fix” fixed by a professional. trying to get clear answers was like pulling teeth!!

My oil started leaking after an oil change. They assessed and repaired the leak at no cost to me. One of the many reasons I have stayed loyal to Les Schwab!
