I don’t normally write bad reviews because it’s super rare when you come across a bad encounter but I am very sad to see that some business owners may only either care abount money or certain “ clients “. I got a microneedling service done here with my sister & at the time they were doing a special, I was a bit confused & we wanted to reschedule for another session but needed some assistance. I reached out to the main owner of the business through instagram & got left on read twice.. It’s truly upsetting that she did not care, I will be looking elsewhere for these services & hopefully customer service is something she can Improve on! ):

I’ve been coming to lyds skin bar and seeing Olivia since December and have been getting regular chemical peels. My acne has cleared so much! Olivia is so informative and really understands acne. I love lyds skin bar!!

Olivia was AMAZING! She is so kind and did a great job! I haven’t had my eyebrows waxed in almost 5 years and she made them look so good. I will definitely be coming back to Lyds!

I was nervous about waxing and tinting my brows for the first time, but Lydia made me feel so comfortable. She's easy and fun to chat with and did a great job on my brows. I'm so happy with how they turned out. Her salon is beautiful and peaceful too!

I got my eyebrows laminated and they were over processed. Once I got home the hairs started curling up. I reached out and they told me to put castor oil. My hairs then started getting hard, stiff, and crunchy. I asked for any suggestions to help with that and they didn’t get back to me. Now my hairs are starting to fall off. I got a refund but now my eyebrows are fried ?
