I wouldn't care so much...but it's the 2nd time today Ive been lulled into a Maverick, only to find I wasted the few minutes I had before needing to be at work.
For 'one reason or another' (not uncommon reasons but not entirely justified either)... I had to leave empty handed and running out of time.
I went to 7-11. I shouldve just gone there first

I like this Maverick quite a bit. The staff is friendly and nice, the store is clean, it always has a steady stream of customers who generally seem happy and friendly as well. There's a bus stop adjacent to the building, which seems nice, and it's about a quarter mile from Splash Summit.

I came in the other night with my boyfriend, there was a group of guys hanging around the north side doors. We thought nothing of it until we realized one of those guys was the closing employee, a young male, not wearing a uniform. He sat outside and talked with his friends while customers came in and out of the store. Tonight the same young male was working, no uniform again, and you guessed it, his friends surrounding the building. This time they were pretty obviously under the influence of presumably alcohol. The employee was allowing his friends to go behind the counter and was too busy talking with his friends to do his job. extremely unprofessional and the manager should definitely look into this.

I enjoy being there.Understand that it can be pricey, but they make a really good variety of brito's. Also, it's clean inside , and the customer service is really nice and good. And I enjoy getting others' drinks and snacks from there 👍😊 I understand I can't get messy, but they keep it up the best.They can, so hopefully, they will see this. Make sure it is tidy up and clean because you want a clean area for customers and the workers who work there. Also, my brother helped out today by keeping it clean and nice. I also we enjoy coming to this Maverick adventure.First stop

On my way to work at 5:00am this morning and had a flat tire. Pulled in to this Maverik and Brett who works there came out and helped me put on a spare. Super thankful for his help. I hope management will recognize him for his great customer service.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but this sorry place gets one. Which ever employee with the beard works here is extremely rude. The self check out charged me for 5 times the amount my item cost, and when I asked for help, this attendant kept muttering under his breath and saying “you shouldn’t have done that dude, never do this, never do xyz.” I was about ready to call his bluff. Never go here

I'm a regular at this location, so every one knows me. I.D policy changed (scan an I.D for every tobacco or Alcohol purchase) that's annoying but fine. The issue is now they want to scan every person's ID when not even state law requires ID scans of member of a party. Not even the liqour stores. They scan one ID. Terrible customer service from Nate and quite disrespectful to me, then my wife who later went in. Not to mention every evening i would go in that Nate was on shift, Id be stuck listening to him complain and gripe about other customers, employees and his own work duties. If maverick is in business to run away regulars then I have no problem traveling further to a different business.

We live close by and my tween daughter walked over to get a frazil on free frazil Friday. She came running home crying because the employee rudely told her should couldn't have one when others were getting them, not sure why. Really sad they would treat a kid like that. Go elsewhere.

Before this my brother bought drinks for our parents and it was alright. This time it was different, some new girl asked for my ID, I get it, ‘he’s probably buying it for me,’ I swear he’s not, I don’t drink not only because I’m under age but I just don’t like it either, I was being honest but she said no, and not kindly, just took it away from his hands. And for reference my brother is older than me so he could buy it
