“I experienced a discouraging event when I went to pick up my pre-ordered ham at the appointed time just prior to Thanksgiving. The Manager named Mark contacted me later on and expressed his disappointment from some things on his end. Results? Mark went out of his way to make it more than right. Shortcomings and disappointments are everywhere in the world. Trying to rectify them is really all that matters to me. Thumbs up Mark! I'm a lifetime customer from here on out!”
