“I’ve had such a crazy day and was super nervous about my appointment since I had just gone somewhere else for my blood draw and they did it wrong. I personally hate needles but the Phlebotomist Brooke was so kind and amazing! I didn’t even feel the poke! Also the front desk girl with the cute pink scrubs was such a sweetheart!”
“Initial reveiw: I spent $95 for a DOT drug test a month ago and they still haven't sent me the results. Everytime I call and ask for the results they say they will call me back with an update but they never do.
Edit: The same day I posted my review, the owner personally contacted me. He was very polite and professional, and made the effort to understand my situation. Then he spent his time to resolve the problem and sent me my test results within a couple of hours! It was definitely frustrating to have the delay, but the fact that the owner sincerely cared and took the time personally to resolve the issue definitely deserves a 5 star rating!”
“Did drug test for a job at a warehouse and they sent me here. They were really quick. Brough my ID signed a paper, did my business. Btw they ask to don't flush or wash your hands. It was done in less than 15 mins. Would have been quicker if I drank more water before.?”

“Five stars, plus! I hesitate to share the name of the wonderful woman who does such a great job getting blood out of my arm, always on the first poke and almost painless. I have had a lifetime of bad experiences with the process including five pokes to get in, and once in probing around inside my arm. None of that with Tina. She is amazing. I refuse to let anyone else in Utah Valley touch my arm anymore except her. And the receptionists are always very kind and patient with my many questions and demands that there is only one phlebotomist for me.”
