“Five stars, plus! I hesitate to share the name of the wonderful woman who does such a great job getting blood out of my arm, always on the first poke and almost painless. I have had a lifetime of bad experiences with the process including five pokes to get in, and once in probing around inside my arm. None of that with Tina. She is amazing. I refuse to let anyone else in Utah Valley touch my arm anymore except her. And the receptionists are always very kind and patient with my many questions and demands that there is only one phlebotomist for me.”
“When I arrived there were several people waiting in line before it opened and I was worried I was going to have to wait a long time. I didn’t realize you had to bring your drivers license so I had to get out of line and go back and get it. When I got back to check in it was pretty quick. The wait time was about 1 hour and 30 minutes. But it was only about 20-30 minutes until I was seen. Very quick. The phlebotomist was super nice and efficient.”

“Did drug test for a job at a warehouse and they sent me here. They were really quick. Brough my ID signed a paper, did my business. Btw they ask to don't flush or wash your hands. It was done in less than 15 mins. Would have been quicker if I drank more water before.?”
