Memorial Park in Provo is a peaceful and beautiful space dedicated to honoring our nation's warriors. It features monuments such as a cannon and an obelisk, which inspire respect and patriotism. The park is surrounded by blooming flowers and tall trees, creating a calm environment perfect for reflection. Visitors can enjoy walking along its walkways, relaxing on benches, or having a picnic on the grass. The park has over 6 acres of green space, making it ideal for outdoor activities. There is a playground at one end of the park, providing a nice spot for children to play and create memories. The open field of view and shade make it a good place for walks and relaxing, especially on sunny days. Dog owners find the park friendly, with some bags available for clean-up. Although there are no bathrooms and limited fencing, the park remains a popular location for community events like July 4th celebrations. I wish it had a bigger playground. There is room for it and more kids could play at once. Even though it is labeled as 2-5 my 2 year old is often boxed out by much older kids taking it over because it's really small.

Beautiful park!! The playground was small which was okay. But the swing seats were super warped.

A larger park with a wonderful obelisk. The NAVY gun is very interesting heralding from WW2.
