Terrible pedicure. Barely massaged, scrubbed for 10 seconds and painted my nails terribly. Rushed and the water was cold even after I asked to turn it up. The worst pedicure I’ve ever had.

It’s been about 4 years since I pampered myself and I took my mother with me. We loved the service!! Elvia and Long were excellent and amazing!! My mother and I agreed to scheduled biweekly appts. They have customers for life!!

The man who did my pedicure was very rushed and rough when brushing my feet with a firm-bristled brush -- it hurt a LOT when he scrubbed the top of my feet with it. He was also not careful when putting the water on my legs, splashing it everywhere and getting it on my pants. My toenails are not evenly painted; in some areas the polish is clumped together and not spread out, and the polish does not go all the way across the nail on some toes. He did not remove all of the old polish on my toes very well before applying the new polish. I can still see some of it in the crevices. He also cut my toenails very short, which was not only painful but does not look good. The lady who did my mom's pedicure seemed to do a much better job -- she did not rush, the pedicure looks great, and she was not rough.

I have been coming to this spot consistently for about a year now, I usually am happy, but the service is steadily declining. Last time I was nicked a few times and was a bit more unhappy, but I just gave it a pass and thought the situation was an outlier.
However, today the service was clearly lacking. It was not due to busy-ness, as I have been in many times where each seat is full. When I tried to communicate my displeasure with my nail shape it was not being rectified and I had to mention it a few times. Additionally, the opacity of the nail polish is so different on each hand that it genuinely looks so much lighter on my middle finger that it’s as if it was pained with a different color. I didn’t want to seem difficult in any way, but the shape and everything is not to standards. Especially when I am a returning customer and I wasn’t asking for much.
To be clear, I do think that there was something going on that I wasn’t aware of with this service. I mean, my nail technician literally ran out of the shop, seemingly out of nowhere, in the middle of my service.
When I went to pay, I mentioned to the worker in a polite manner, “I have been coming here for a year and this is the first time I have been dissatisfied with my service.” In fact, I tried to be a bit discrete in mentioning this because there were a few more customers within earshot. I wasn’t trying to create a scene but was almost mentioning out of shock! When I said this however, I felt like I received some anger at this honest expression. At that point, I tapped no tip on the pin pad- which is very out of character for me.
Furthermore, I clearly stated that I wanted a gel manicure and not just a color, but in retrospect I’m happy it wasn’t a full manicure because I wouldn’t have felt comfortable spending a penny more.
I’m feeling defeated as this was the place I recommended to others and loved to support to get my nails done…
Nevertheless, I can’t in good conscience keep supporting an inconsistent level of service.
I will attach a photo… but to be fair, I used the nail file in my purse to try to make the shape more uniform and took the picture afterwards.

The worst place to go to. They said I could come in at a specific time, I had to wait half an hour after being sitted. After that (I had normal nail polish) they removed my nail polish and left the sides with the past color, they painted over it, and when I told them the nails did not look good they just said there's nothing to be done. They guy asked me to dry my nails for an hour under the drying air machine. They charged me 30 dlls for normal nail polish hands and toes. Not worth wasting 2 hours of your time for this horrible service.
Also the acetone burned my skin horrible!!! I told him and he said it's normal - but this has never happened before. Do not come here.

My husband and I got pedicures here for date night and were impressed! The massage was longer than most nail salons I’ve been to—which is the whole reason for a pedicure IMO—and the staff were very kind. They were short staffed but still did a good job of getting to everyone in a timely manner without shorting the customers
Only 4 stars as there was a little polish on my skin and my toe nails had a few sharp edges. Other than that, very well done! We will be going back.
