We were sent here by the people making our custom doors. They were extra thick. After telling the salesman this and showing the prints from the doors, he still ordered the wrong hardware which caused months of delay, and I had to pay an $80 restocking fee. Ridiculous!

We came in recently with questions about washers and dryers and we were received with a very friendly greeting, then Kirk helped us out with our questions. Kirk is incredible and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He was so very knowledgeable and personable. If you’re looking for reliable and unbiased information, he’s you’re guy. Never once did we feel any negative pressure from him. I hope this company realizes what a wonderful asset Kirk is and rewards him handsomely for his dedication and unparalleled service. Thank you!

Working with MLD has been difficult. They’ve been non-communicative, not returning phone calls or providing all relevant information up-front. They have been unwilling to make up for their own shortcomings through vouchers, discounts, accessories, or extended warranties. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience. Only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because of Paulina, without her validation and empathy, I would have given 2 stars.

Great customer service from Britney, she was very knowledgeable about the products, she had great suggestions. It's nice to be able to get into a store and get that kind of service.

They offer great appliances at decent prices (could be matched elsewhere), and they have a beautiful showroom. But their policies are not supportive of the customers. We purchased appliances for our entire house (large bill), but they gave us the wrong trim kit for our microwave. The plan was always above the double ovens, but they put an under counter trim kit on our bid. Their policy is that since we signed the bid, the part is ours and they won’t even take it back with a restocking fee. I see that it is our fault for assuming that they put the right part on the bid, but seems crazy when we spent a large amount and this is a small price item. If you work with them, just make sure not to trust that they put the right parts down. Double and triple check before signing anything.

The store is well set up and beautiful, but the customer service is not what we expected. We purchased a package of dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and range. We have had to call for repairs 3 times in 2 years to fix things. This is not a reflection on Mountain Land Design products, but rather when I called, they immediately said, sorry you get a 1 year warranty and don't do anything after that. I am surprised that they have such bad customer support. To me a brand new appliance should last more than 2 years...but to them, they don't care.
