I scheduled a reservation for a manicure right before my baby shower ant 10:15am and when I showed up for the appointment, they told me they were busy and that I could come back at 1:00 pm.
This was so disappointing and unprofessional. I usually only go to New Nail for pedicures/manicures but this left such a bad taste in my mouth I’m not sure when I’ll go back.

I had such a wonderful experience at New Nails! They were so kind and welcoming, and I really appreciated how they took me in as a walk-in on such short notice. The service was amazing & the employees were so nice and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. On top of that, they did such a great job on my nails! The quality of their work is beautiful, and you can tell they really care about their customers. Everything there is to know about nails they are experts on it! I’m so glad I came here and I’d definitely recommend !!

By far the absolute BEST nail salon in Utah for pedicures! They do such a thorough job and the gel polish never chips. The prices are super fair and the nail techs are so gentle and nice! I would highly recommend!

I went in for a pedicure and was told to go ahead and take a seat on one of the chairs and they began to soak my feet. After awhile the man came back over and let me know that he didn’t have time to do my pedicure after all only to freshen it up because he had an appointment. I have been coming to them for many years and had never received such terrible service. I was extremely disappointed and thought that if he didn’t have time to do the pedicure he should’ve said that in the first place and I would have left and happily come back at another time. He assumed that I would be happy with a lesser service because he decided to take on another customer even though he knew he had an appointment. When I expressed my frustration he proceeded to give me my pedicure with an attitude and rushed through it. Very poor service for a paying, repeat customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere, moving forward.

I asked for a simple pedicure. After the technician asked to trim my nails, the technician cut my nails unevenly and too short on one foot and did not cut the nails on the other foot. The technician did not fix the issue until I pointed out that my nails had a rigid cut and were way too short. This was right before he was going to paint my nails. Only then did the technician try to fix my nails. He then tried to leave me in my seat for my nails to dry while they processed the payments and sent off everyone else in my group. My group had to inform them that they were waiting for me. Weird experience. Everyone else in my group received the service they asked for and were happy with their final product.

Mixed opinion. In general, they do a really great job and I always leave with my nails looking nice. However, their bathroom is disgusting and it makes me wonder how sanitary everything else is. They also have no respect for time and say yes to everyone. If you call in and ask for an appointment at 4, they’ll say yes, but you’ll be sitting and waiting until at least 4:30-45. Good quality nails, but there are definitely kinks to be fixed in how they run things

I've gotten pedicures at several locals salons, but once I went to New Nails, I've never gone anywhere else. They do an excellent job, the prices are reasonable, and the people are kind and pleasant. No need to search any further!

Awful manicure. I'm still having a hard time believing I just paid for what passes as a manicure there. I was so hopeful, just to leave disappointed. We will not be returning. $65 for something a child can do better.

Horrible customer service, overcharge you for everything, don't listen to what you ask for unless you go full Karen on them, and then they might listen to you

They were very accommodating when we were a little late for our appointment. The scrubs and creams they used for my pedicure smelt amazing! Great massage too. I will be back!
