Embroidered one of our $78 Lulu lemon shirts and did one inside out and won’t fix it, and won’t reimburse the cost of the shirt when it’s ruined. At least offer to fix it and print the other side. Other than that prints are good.

We were told it would be two weeks for our order to be ready after proofs were approved. We approved Nov 9th 2023, didn’t get order until Dec 13th. We were initially told it would be ready Dec 8th, did get call they would be late and pick up Dec 12th, showed up to be told order was not ready. Also the size of the image should be different from a medium to an XXXL hoodie or shirt. So our larger Carhartt hoodies and shirts look awful. Very unhappy as this was an expensive mistake to go with this company

These guys are great I needed 12 Hoodie sweaters printed last minute and in a couple hours had ready to go Novaink you guys really came through in a clutch and I will be back for future work for me Thankyou guys for saving the day!

Very good work! I was struggling to find somewhere to take a small print job, I found NovaInk and they accepted the job with no extra fees. The screen print job was very high quality. I'm looking forward to working with Aly again in the future.

Quick, quality service. We needed a large order for our family reunion and they did a beautiful job with our design. They finished ahead of schedule and the printing and shirts are just what we wanted! They have reasonable prices with several pricing options so I could get this done within our budget. I will definitely be going back to them. 10/10 recommend.
