“I’ve been to this groomer three times now since moving to Provo. My small dog has a major anxiety issue and gets very scared, even aggressive sometimes in the past at other groomers. He has even had potty accidents because of his anxiety while at the groomer. We actually got kicked out of PetSmart for his behavior. However, each time we go here the staff has been very sweet to him- certainly never kicked him out. We do bother to muzzle him when we go for groomer safety though (our choice). He’s already become more comfortable going to the groomer since coming here. I definitely recommend this place.
Update 8/23/25: I took my dog again today for a nail trimming, and he came out actually more calm than when we took him in. Loving this pattern! This groomer has been nothing, but sweet to my dog. My husband and I really count on them, and are so grateful to have them in the community. Thanks Goo Goo Dogs!”

“I found Artisan Doodle on Instagram a few years ago and started following them. By watching their posts & stories, I could see how much love & commitment they put into the puppies they breed…that’s what drew me in (not to mention their adorable teddy bear faces & calm personalities). So when I was ready to add another pup to our family, I knew I wanted it from Artisan. Candace answered all my questions right away and there was never any pressure to use them as a breeder. Timing is everything with a new puppy coming into your home and when I was ready, I reached out again. She guided me to the size I was looking for…and I’m happy to say, I just got my first puppy from her this past week!!! The entire process from picking out our puppy, guiding me with how to care for her at home, thanks to Jenn for all her info, to Makenna arranging for Lexi to fly her to me…..they were SO accommodating! Paya’s sweet “yellow girl” ( named Luna) is absolutely gorgeous, playful, sweet, gentle and SO smart. I introduced her to our vet the next day and the vet mentioned how well she was taken care of before she came to me. She noticed how clean & fresh she smelled, trimmed nails, and such a confident, playful demeanor!!!! Luna is sleeping through the night, and haven’t had any potty accidents. She loves praise & rewards ?She knows her name & responds….and she can already do the stairs!!!! 4.5 pounds and only 7 weeks old, but so determined to keep up with her older fur sisters. She is playful & gentle to our older dogs, she likes to follow them everywhere. Luna loves to be snuggled & loved on…and she gets plenty of that I highly recommend Artisan doodles!!!!”
“After a bad pet store experience a week earlier (Mark's Ark) where all the advice we got was poor, this was such a relief. They talked to me for a long time, put me on a wait list for a female rat (from a breeder, the way it should be), and called back in a few days.
They were patient with us, and Elisa let us meet the rats so we could pick one that seemed to have the right temperament. The store is clean, well stocked, and the animals all look healthy. But most importantly, the team is lovely, insightful, patient, and full of love for little friends, furry and scaly alike.
Our new ratty is integrating well, and she came with a one week health guarantee (no guarantees or returns of any kind at the other place). I won't go anywhere else in Utah now.”
“The Puppy Store at the Vineyard is honestly one of my favorite little escape spots. I love that they let you sit and play with the puppies — it’s such a simple thing, but it really helps turn a rough day around. Even just ten minutes with them can lift your mood. What makes it even better is knowing the small fee you pay to play actually goes toward the puppies’ vaccines and care. It feels good to support a place that keeps their animals healthy while giving people a chance to connect with them. It’s a wholesome, happy place that always leaves you smiling.”

“My Yorkie hates getting groomed but, by the time they were through, he was giving them kisses. And when they saw he was too stressed out over he nails, they trimmed them but kindly didn't shave them and removed that charge from the bill. Thank You Orem Petco!”
“As far as I am aware this is the only location for the tiny turkey bones. We just happen to be in the area so picked them up. Not sure why they are not carried in every store”
