I am very Thankful for this company and their customer service! Exceptional and I definitely recommend them. I had young adult kids on their way home and hit a deer 3 states away. They were able to fit them in right away and not to mention they were very affordable! Thank you so much!

Came in to get the window replaced and informed these guys you have to keep the key fob on you and unlock it with the door handle button. We came to pick up the car and they had to force their way into the car.Obviously and broke the key combination, messed up.The weather stripping scratched up the car and they won't just admit it and make it right. You just keep saying no, we don't do that thing here... just completely blowing it off. We came to get repairs, not more damage. I'm not sure how to add the pictures here

Wow wow wow!!! So impressed with this place and Julio!!!! Of course right as I get in town after a roadtrip across the country to move here I get a crack all the way down my windshield. I also noticed very quickly how intense the sun can be coming through your windows so while I had my windshield replaced, I also had tinting done to my windows. Julio answered all of my questions, was up front about the costs involved, took my car in the following morning and it was done by 2pm! Superb customer service and definitely a place you can trust - which is a rare thing where I come from in Northern Virginia!

Julio was so pleasant to work with! dropped it off at noon and by 2 pm I was driving my new tinted car home! Beautiful quality and they made sure to explain the care instructions immediately (I had no clue). Thank you!!

Julio and his team at prime Auto Glass our total professionals. Loved working with them. Scheduling was easy. They know what they're talking about. They did excellent work on my car.
