Been coming to this place for over six years now to scan my illustrations. Karen never fails me. I live all the way in Vineyard and another print shop is literally walking distance away from my apartment but I choose to drive all the way down to BYU anyway because no other print store scanners comes close to the level of quality and consistency Print mark has. Phenomenal service I cannot recommend enough.

We’ve been using print mark for our business this last year. They’ve been great to work with as far as getting things printed fast and great quality. My complaint is that almost every time I’ve gone to pick up our materials we have a problem with them randomly being closed. There won’t be a sign on the door, no online update - just the blinds drawn and doors locked. I’ll try calling/texting to see when they’ll be open and don’t receive a response. It’s very frustrating to drive to pick up needed materials and not be able to get them (especially when they’ve been paid for) and have no communication from Print-Mark

I used Print Mark for some business printing. We did some posters, a banner, and business cards. I thought that I had a good design for my items when I gave Karen the files, but she looked at them and made some suggestions which made them SOOO much better than what I was going to print! She is amazingly good at what she does.

I love Print Mark! My corporate company used them for years. They always had fast turnarounds and high quality prints. They made cards, spiral-bound planners, and more for us. Now I use them for my personal things like Christmas cards and they always do a great job.

Came in with a project that I needed reversed/mirror imaged (staples in provo is incapable of) the person took the time to work on sizing and even found a picture for me online that was better than I had! AWESOME customer service! Thank you!

Print-Mark's customer service is unmatched by anyone else I've ever worked with. I was very wishy-washy about my order and kept changing it. Thankfully, Print-Mark helped me with all the changes and I got what I needed printed. If you are looking for a good printer, this is the place to go.

My wife went to Provo UT for a film festival but she forgot her business cards. Panic. I contacted Print-Mark and told them our dilemma. I advised them I had the file for the cards and sent it to them and asked them if they could help print them on such short notice. They didn't hesitate a second and contacted my wife and had her order in record time. This is definitely a first rate, customer oriented business. I recommend them whole-heartedly!!!

I’ve printed my wedding announcements, birth announcements, and Christmas cards here for six years now. Each time I am amazed at how Karen seems to know exactly what I want. She goes the extra mile and does so quickly. I genuinely recommend people to print-mark.
