This Home Depot is not as well stocked as others. I've had terrible experiences both time I've placed ordered online for pro desk pickup, and on two occasions I've bought items that were used, but sold as new. One was a Rigid planer that was covered in saw dust and debris when I opened the box. The other was a portable a/c unit. When I got that home and opened it, the filter had clearly been used for weeks. A couple of the employees are great, this offsets the few that are absolutely terrible. This place is so bad that I go out of my way too not shop there, and it is less than a mile from my house.
