Provo Bicycle Collective is a community-centered non-profit bicycle shop. It is described as the best place, with the best humans volunteering there to help fix up and refurbish bikes to get them safely back on the road. It is a great place to buy a quality used bike, as they ensure each bike is fully operational and well taken care of. They offer resources to help you know how to best take care of your bike and provide affordable bikes, repair services, and educational programs. The staff and volunteers are so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind, doing all they can to help you find the bike you are looking for at the best price. They support a good cause, empowering individuals through cycling. Many are very thankful and grateful for the purpose of the Bicycle Collective and what they do, highly recommending it. It is a welcoming space where cyclists of all levels can access resources and learn bike maintenance skills, promoting a healthier, more connected community.
The guys at the shop were super helpful about getting us set up with good refurbished bikes, safety gear, making sure it was a good fit, checking our comfort, etc. It was like Ollivander's from Harry Potter but for bikes! Love supporting good causes

I doubted this thing 100% but as soon as my case manager wrote a letter for me...I was given a perfect bike for me and a helmet and lock for my bike. I'm very thankful and grateful for the purpose of the bicycle collective and what they do....thank you in all that you guys do.

Great place to buy a used bike. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most are volunteers from what I could see.
