Had a bent control arm, they ordered the part and fixed it. They made some suggestions for other maintenance, but weren’t too pushy about it. I said I did NOT want to get an oil change or air filter replaced, and they did both anyway. I guess they just didn’t understand me. Added an extra $100 to what I paid. Fortunately I told them not to change the oil over text, so after confronting them they gave me 30% off. Glad I could at least get that, but still disappointed.

My truck lost compression in cylinder 8. They sent me a video showing that was the problem and gave me several options to fix it. I decided to go with a whole new engine. They had it done in less than two weeks. Truck runs great now and the price was not too bad.
