It is small and more affordable and in a ok location off i15. I do feel it could use some upkeep from bugs, spiders and mice easily get into the units. So make sure no food is stored and when you get your stuff out to keep eye out in unit for remnant of these so you can make sure you don't bring home any unwanted guest.

These people are the best people around! Great storage units at great prices! I also liked the location being right off of the freeway & the manager was so helpful! She even told me I could use ammonia balls to keep mice away because I was concerned about that from storing furniture in a unit by the airport from a different company. I did what she said & never had any problems with anything like that! I really appreciate it since a lot of our things had to go in there after my husband passed, I was able to have the time & space I needed & nothing was damaged & the prices were affordable. Thank you Provo Central Storage! Y'all really helped my family out when we needed it most, God bless you ?

The only complaints is a few times it was hard to reach them and they never replaced the string you use to close the door. Other than that, I've been happy with Provo Central Storage

Have had a storage unit with them for a couple of years, never had any issues! They even gave me a great deal on my security deposit. Would reccomend. :)

Highly recommend! The management is very honest and great to work with. Over the last several years they have really taken to making sure the property is always clean and maintained. They keep a close watch on any suspicious activity so that the place is safe and secure. You can be confident that your storage unit will be in good condition and that your stuff will be safe. They are easy to get a hold of, and will get back to you quickly if they miss your call. If you're in need of a storage unit, rent from Provo Central Storage!

Provo central storage has a great online system. It was really nice being able to book our unit online after hours. The only interaction I had with management was when our unit door got frozen in ice. They had to call me back and said it would be about a half hour before they could come and help. I had to beat the ice for 20 minutes with a tire iron to get my door to open and then I couldn’t get it closed. I have had several different storage units in winter climates and have never had this issue before elsewhere. After I called they did come out after I had left and cleared the ice around my unit and I moved my stuff out later that month so it wasn’t too inconvenient, but they could really benefit from gutters on their building or properly draining the driveway. The water/ice seemed to pool right where my unit was.
