We are The BiCs Fellowship, our BiCs moniker stands for Brothers-in-Chains/Brothers-in-Christ. We are a tax-event Association.
We are so grateful for Provo Self Storage, especially for Austin and his wife, living on site, giving us that extra portion of calm reassurance that our items are safe and secure.
Finally, whenever we have had problems with our account out the unit itself they bend over backwards to find solutions rather than excuses.
We have been associated with Provo Self Storage for many years, cumulatively speaking. As long as they continue to exceed our expectations for a fair price and reasonable rules, why would we go anywhere else? We will not, they are the best!

Super convenient location and quick and easy sign up process. The team here found me a great storage unit, explained the rent agreement, and got me paperwork to sign in 10 minutes tops. Clean and easy to access facilities, and great student discount program.

We have been using Provo Self Storage for over 2 years and have had a great experience. The place is safe and our items secure. The office is responsive and engaged and try to accommodate reasonable requests. The open outs are great and meet our needs. The place is always clean.

I'm so glad I found this little gem for our storage needs. It's well managed, the pricing was very competitive, and they are nicely maintained. I like the security system features and other customer tools like auto billing options.
