I brought my vehicle to this shop for a full transmission and torque converter build. I was told the transmission would handle 1500WHP and that the work came with a warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and costly.
After the first rebuild and installation, the car would not move at all. The shop asked me to tow it back, and after weeks of waiting, they informed me that the transmission inside the car was “bad,” even though it was the one they had just rebuilt. I then provided another transmission. Instead of rebuilding and installing the one I supplied, they installed a different OEM transmission, and the same issue continued — the car still would not move.
Next, I was told the transmission ACU/TCU needed to be replaced, which was an expensive repair and did not resolve the issue. The transmission was removed and reinstalled multiple times, and the shop also involved a tuner, but the car continued to have the same problems. When it finally began to move, the transmission repeatedly overheated despite having a brand-new cooler.
About a month later, the transmission and torque converter failed completely. When I contacted the shop about the warranty they had promised, I was told they were “sick of the car” and no longer wanted to deal with it. They refused to repair the transmission and only offered to look at the torque converter, despite the significant amount of money I had already paid.
I spent thousands of dollars and months of downtime, and in the end, the shop did not stand behind their work or their warranty. This is my honest experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision before choosing this shop.

This place put a junk yard transmission in my car & I paid them 3200 bucks. My car is about Ready to quit!! I would not take your vehicle there.. if u have any sense.

if you want worse than you have, even if you have a trans that has pieces broken hanging off. These will cost thousands and won't get you more than 3000 miles if any! GO SOMEWHERE ANYWHERE ELSE, PLEASE I BEG YOU. Unless you are just into giving money to people who cant fix a clogged toiled or screw a hose onto a hose bib, they probably could connect two Lego pieces together.

Shady company that doesn’t stand behind their work. Will charge thousands to rebuild a trans but when it doesn’t work afterwards they refuse to refund the money spent

Trash company won't pay for screwing up five transmissions what a joke company should be shut down ASAP... definitely take your business elsewhere or your loss when they screw up your trans and decide not to fix it or pay the refund for screwing you out of time and and a working transmission...

I watch FABRATS and he spent $12000 on 5 or 6 transmissions that pretty much ALL failed after you rebuilt them. Seems like you have GOOD reviews for the most part. If you guys are as good as you claim, you should do something to help Paul out for your failed transmission rebuilds or at the very least, try and find out WHY your units are failing, parts? one of your crew cutting corners? WOW< since posting my review, they STILL have no helped Paul out. They owe him money or DROP off some GOOD transmissions. What a crockpot operation they run. Disgusting business practices at best.

Don't buy or have a transmission built by this business. It will not work properly or it will fail within a few days. They'll take your money but won't provide a good service. Shouldn't be in business.

Even though I came in with a big problem these hard working men and women crushed my problem with expert teamwork and honest timing. I had a problem with my clutch slipping so they replaced it for me. Well that wasn’t the only issue they also fixed one of my bolts which had been so mangled they had to hammer it out and then replaced it and didn’t charge me. They were so kind I don’t think I could ever repay these folks. Gary is a dope guy and does drag races so I know he has lots of experience with rebuilding cars. I highly recommend these guys because they’re independent and will take care of your cars.
