Don’t come here for alterations. I brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed and less than two months later they tore. I brought them back to be hemmed again and instead they cleaned them even though I never asked for a cleaning. The employee had an attitude with me when I told her that would not be paying for the unwanted cleaning. I will not be going here again.

DO NOT GO HERE! I took a brand new blanket to be cleaned by them. They ripped it and weren’t going to tell me. When I noticed, they begrudgingly offered me a $7 discount on a $50 order.

They were able to get 99.9% of the black mold out of my white wedding dress! They attempted what other cleaners said was impossible! Thanks Quality Cleaners for saving my wedding dress!

I’ve used Quality Cleaners for 5 years now and I’m always happy with the results. The turnaround time is fairly quick. I know most dry cleaners have inconvenient hours, but that would be my only complaint, is that I stopped in 4x without checking hours and they were closed.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE. GO. ANYWHERE. ELSE.I needed my suit pressed for my wedding recently so I came to Quality Cleaners. My suit was completely custom made for the occasion and cost several thousand dollars. Upon receiving my suit back I saw that they had both stapled through and put pins through my brand new suit. Thanks to Quality cleaners I had multiple areas of my suit ruined before my wedding. The lady working the counter is extremely unpleasant and had an awful demeanor when I worked with her. Every question I had was followed by a short response.It’s incredible to me these people are in business. Devastated my brand new suit was ruined by these people.

I brought my wedding dress into this shop only 5 days before the big day and they accepted it even on short notice. They offered 70$ less than madsen cleaners for the service, and even got the several noticeable snags out of the dress without even asking. It made the second-hand dress look seriously brand new. The owner is amazing and works miracles!!
