The customer service is outstanding. Kim is the very best!!! However, no elevators? You have to hand carry up old stairs? NOT enough electric outlets nest to beds. Pool was closed on a hot day.

Older location that would benefit from a face lift. However the property is clean and quiet at night.
Had some issues with our key card but found out if you just press the key down while you swipe out it will unlock the door.
Otherwise the room was decent and had outstanding shower pressure.
