Where to start…
I took my bike in because it was in need of maintenance, had an oil leak and transmission was making a noise. They told me it would cost me over 5k to get all the work done. I said I would hold on to it because it was a bit pricey.
They gave me a list with the prices of all the parts it needed, I went home looked for the parts and they were charging at least 20% more for each part they were charging me for!!!
Worst part was that I took to a different mechanic and they told the transmission sound was because the motorcycle has straight cut gears….wichi is a normal thing. Rusty’s wanted to charge me $2,500 for labor and parts!!
Rusty’s fixed the oil leak but they didn’t call me when the bike was ready. I had to call four days later to pick up. And the guy at the reception has the worse customer service I’ve even seen.

Rusty tuned my Ryker Rally for me. Said it would take 2 days and 2 days it was done. The bike runs so good now and the performance is amazing, it's like having a hole new bike to ride. Definitely the place to go to have your bike worked on.

Rusty runs an honest and open shop.
I recently purchased a 26 year old motorcycle. I called multiple shops and most said it would take a week or more to get it back. Rusty worked me in the same week and was able to get my bike serviced in one day. Fantastic!
I took it in to Rusty to give it a once over. Being an older bike I ask him to check it from top to bottom to ensure the bike was in perfect working order. He did as I asked. transmission, brakes, oil, cylinders, etc... I was expecting there to be multiple items that needed attention and work.
When I picked it up, Rusty said everything looked great. It was old but in good running condition. Transmission fluid was new, brakes were solid... All he did was change the oil. He could have told me that so much more needed work. I would have believed him due to the age of the bike. It was a surprise to hear that all it needed was an oil change.
It was a great experience and Rusty has earned my trust and future business.

Well I know if this motorcycle shop because it's across the street from the south campus mental health I go to in Provo on 600 South I haven't had a motorcycle to even talk to the mechanics but they look like expert ones they have a lot of bikes I see go through there that get fixed up good so I guess they are a pretty good motorcycle shop thanks Jeff Crawford

Dropped an Indian scout off with Rusty for some repairs through my insurance after a lay down as well as a dyno tune. Will update with the outcome but I expect it will be just as good as the welcoming. He stopped what he was doing to gladly sit down with me for about an hour of looking over the bikes needs, the estimate, and so much as 10-15 minutes of just looking at grips that I would like making sure I was happy with the end product.
His prices and timing are hard if not impossible to beat especially regarding the dyno tune. Every other shop I called had a long wait time and wanted me to drop the bike off for a whole week. Not only that, but the other shops only gave me the option of purchasing the tuner whereas rusty gave me the choice to at half the price of the tuner purchase a key from Indian so that he could access the ECU (he gave me the pros and cons and I went with the tuner anyways) but just the option was greatly appreciated. Rusty gave me a date and said to drop it off, how long it should take, and when i could come pick it up! For an outstanding price.
Definitely seems like a well versed knowledgable mechanic and owner. Based off the hundreds of other great reviews I have no doubt my bike will come out of the shop exceeding my expectations. Would recommend to anyone and will continue to come here and recommend him to all my friends.

Best in the biz. Always reasonable and nothing too difficult that Rusty can’t solve. Lucky to have this shop in Provo!

I took my bike to Rusty‘s two months ago. They did a valve adjustment and put in a new fuel pump because my bike was running very very rough. Once I picked the bike up. It ran really good and then after a week or two it started giving me issues again. I brought it back to Rusty’s to have them take a look at it and he fixed it and didn’t even charge me for it. Just a small wiring issue with the fuel injectors…. Very honest Shop, very capable Mechanics working there. I would 100% recommend bringing your bike here if you have an issue, you can’t figure out yourself Or if your like me and you would rather have professional people do the work on your bike. 10/5 starts for these guys!

Rusty is a super good dude and finished my half baked BMW K-bike project that I started. He was patient as I sourced parts and did a great job. Highly recommend.
