Quality of the work is fine. But they first installed the wrong windshield. Then one with a defect. Then the wrong one again. A month later and still no answer on getting me the right one. So ive just given up. So ill just go somewhere else next time

I had my windshield replaced and just a month later I had three rock chips in it. Either I’m the unluckiest person in the world or Safelite’s glass is extremely low quality. I will definitely not replace my windshield with them again. :(

The service was outstanding. We went there to get several chip repairs to our windshield. Noah, the service manager, was very helpful and worked with us on getting us the best possible solution to getting our windshield repaired/replaced. Cody, the service technician, was also very helpful and made sure the repairs were done properly. Safelite stands behind their warranty and service.

I was just calling for a quote. Press 1, press 4, press, press, press. I hung up. Then started receiving spams. . I blocked their number. They may do good work but they are a pain the bum. I won't use them.

6 out of 5 stars. I was hundreds of miles from home when I got a crack in my windshield - right on the edge of the glass, and on the border of being too big to repair (versus replacing the whole windshield). The crack was growing as we continued down the highway, so we stopped here to get it looked at, and I was completely surprised at how willing the staff was to help us get back on the road quickly! They got my car into the repair bay almost immediately, and explained that they could try to patch the crack as best they could, but with the size and placement, they couldn't guarantee that it would be a pretty or permanent fix. OK, that's fine, I just wanted something to keep the windshield intact until I got back home. How much would a patch cost? $0! Because they weren't sure how long the repair would be good for, they fixed my windshield for free. There was plenty to do around the area while I waited (there's an ice cream truck with Safelite customer discounts and a bookstore nearby), but the wait was less than an hour. You can still see the crack but it is significantly less noticeable, and held (without expanding) for another 1,000+ miles of driving until I got back home. I'll still have to get my windshield replaced soon-ish, and if it wasn't a 18 hour drive, I'd get that done at the Safelite in Provo without hesitation.

Made an appointment for a week out, only to have it canceled because they hadn't ordered the glass. Made a follow-up appointment, only to have it canceled because we didn't provide the VIN, which wasn't requested at the time of the appointment or required to make the appointment. They were kind enough to give us 30 minutes during the working day to provide the VIN, but since we weren't fast enough the appointment was just cancelled.

They will do anything as to avoid a warranty. Had a windshield replaced three months ago. Going through a carwash and windshield cracked from top to bottom. Took it to Safelite Provo and the first tech said that a new windshield should not crack like that, it's probably a stress fracture and covered under warranty. Her supervisor came out and said nope! there is a little "rock chip" at the top of the windshield almost under the black rubber strip and its not covered. Could not see the rock chip!!! He then walked away. Will avoid Safelite Provo in the future. Not for Safelite itself, but for that location! If I could leave a no star I would!!

We got our cracked windshield replaced here. The staff were all kind and helpful. I ended up needing to wait in the lobby with my toddler, but it was a great experience. They had laptop desks we used for coloring, beverages and snacks available for free, and a TV they put a Disney movie on for us. They gave us lots of reminders before the appointment and even got us in early. They communicated the prices clearly and did a great job with the actual replacement. We’ll be back for whatever comes up next!

What a joke! car had to be dropped off before 9am and pick up around 4 (two round trips for someone to drop off/pick up, 45 min each way!) Then they screwed up the heads up display - shows double display! Car wasn't ready until after business hours so unable to take it right back! Requires another appointment and inconvenience to have it fixed! WHY wouldn't they have verified this before giving it back to the customer?

I had a very nice experience with Safelite in Provo. They were communicative by text and phone leading up to the appointment and notifying me of the status. They finished the repair in a timely way. They were courteous and kind. Noah was my technician. I would recommend their service.

I don't particularly like this place, it's clean and well kept, but I've had orders pushed back multiple weeks before, and the customer service is very uncoordinated - you wait for Ages going through their calling tree, and then when you finally reach a human, they don't know what's going on, and in my case, didn't know if the vehicle was in the shop or at my home base waiting for a mobile visit. The separation of customer service and the service in different buildings (different cities and states too?) makes getting solid information on what's happening really difficult. The in person agent was also not super friendly, I'm loath to visit again.
