We've enjoyed a Costco membershipsfor years but decided to try Sam's also. We prefer the clientele and the assortment of patron - desired - inventory ( The Costco muffin debacle being an example of pride-based purchasing over what customers desire at Costco) so we now go to Sam's more than we go to Costco. They're baked goods are on par and better than Costco's as I mentioned before and all of the other items they have are more in sync with customer driven interests. Always in stock and friendly staff. Not to mention Costco clientele have become kind of like Disneyland shoppers where you feel rushed and hurried and pushed through the aisles. None of that exists as Sam's.

For several years I have gone to Sam’s club instead of Costco (even though Costco is considerably closer to my house) because of services and efficiency…as well as preference of some products. I have used the scan and go since it started. However, the last SEVEN times I’ve used it, it has required me to wait in line and go through the cash register anyway.
Sams club, you have lost a loyal customer

Unfortunately Sams club in Provo does not have a protocol to check if the people that come in have a membership and those who actually are members have to deal with Venezuelans who target hispanics to askfomr money or food. PLEASE IMPLEMENT NEW POLICIES TO KEEP THE MEMBERS SAFE FROM THIS KIND OF UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCES. I will not shop again neither will renew my membership until you can guarantee that members and families are safe.

Nice Sam's Club, well stocked, helpful employees, plenty of parking (at least when we were there). Odd store layout, confusing and different from all the other Sam's Clubs we have been too. Usually Very busy and crowded.

We’ve been members of Sam’s club for over 20 years now. We’ve always had good experiences, and today was no exceptions. I needed help with the tire and rim, and Cortland was up to the task, went above and beyond, and was awesome to deal with. Thank you!

Its basically the great value costco. For a college student such as myself, i need lots of food and cheap prices, they regularly offer discounted food for nearly expired which im a big fan of (dont throw it out! Give it to me!) the membership is well worth it and pays for itself even in just the gas, and overall (ive crunched the numbers) items are slightly cheaper here than at a costco. However, i will be honest ans say that costco does have that premium quality feel to it, but you are going to be paying a premium for it.

Expired bacon..... ? We like shopping at Sam's club really enjoy the accessories and clothing and food items. But today we had a not so good experience. We bought Hormel black label bacon into 3 lb package, get it home to start repackaging into smaller portions and find the bag when it's opened stinks. Smells like sulfur. I read the expiration it expired by 2 months. Which is really surprising I've never had this kind of experience before from Sam's club. Just a cautionary note check the expiry on Hormel bacon!

The laziness of the kitchen is absurd
Seldom do they update the app and they never have pizza ready even though they have the ovens and have th pizzas for sale in the freezer section .
