It’s the perfect storage shed. They’re nice they’re helpful. They basically tell you everything they ask if you’re wanting receipts they work with you. The best storage shed that I could ever ask for.

The manager stayed late and helped me get a unit rented and allowed me time to put stuff in my storage unit that was otherwise taking up space in a UHaul and I would have had to pay extra to keep it overnight. The pricing on the website was incorrect and the manager corrected it over the phone. Love the customer service and the location. Of all the storage places I considered, I’m glad I chose this one!

Finding myself later in the day, worried about having a place to put My stuff I called up Ben at Provo self storage and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to unload after hours. Rates for reasonable and is perfect!!!

Excellent experience at Protection Self Storage Provo. The staff is incredibly helpful and flexible, always willing to assist. Fair pricing and easy access make it super convenient. The facility feels very secure, giving me peace of mind. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable storage!

The office staff s amazing. I made arrangements to get storage units on line from out of state. Their customer service is above expectations. Very accommodating. Answers my questions very quickly. Does follow up messages to make sure everything is what we need. I highly recommend them. Great prices and customer service. What more would you need..

We were in need of a space to store our RV and found Protection Self Storage. Logan was very helpful and easy to work with. I like the space and security they offer. The only issue I have is that the price quoted on the website is not totally accurate, as there are additional fees that increased my monthly total up another $40 or so. Other than that I am satisfied with them.
