ARE YOU A POC WHO HAS BEEN WRONGED BY A SALESPERSON AT THIS LOCATION?IF SO PLEASE CONTACT THE UTAH ATTORNEY GENERAL.The treatment of their employees is horrendous so, of course their customer service is horrible. A piece of jewelry was purchased here on 12/23 with the understanding that it could be returned said verbatim from the salesmen. The young woman went to return within 30 days only to be told 1. they don't do returns. upon reading the policy on the receipt to the saleslady it clearly shows exchanges.and the receipt shows the "no returns' scribbled off. Then the assistant manager Riker said that he would do a gift card for future purchases of "2cent" chains and "jewelry."At which point the employee was distraught because the assistant manager was obviously verbally abusing this elderly lady over the phone. She should report this incident as well.Will be updating in 24 hours.

WowI have never seen business conducted in this manner at Provo Towne Centre. Apparently the owner of SilverLoft Dakota is having a baby and his business isn't in good hands.I have contacted the AG with my rwport and my husband will be going in to speak to the salesperson who told him its REFUNDABLE.I wouldn't buy anything from here if you are a person of color and want quality jewelry- this place isn't it.

I had an amazing time with Jessica getting both of my ears pierced! She was very gentle and made sure that the piercings were aligned well. She's super friendly plus she speaks both English and Spanish :) I will definitely go back.

Pierced an 8 year olds ears without and tears and she's so happy. Amazing price, only 34 bucks, earrings and cleaner included! The guy was super nice, put my daughter at ease and did a wonderful job making them look great. He took special care to mark them evenly
