I have stayed here on average of two times a year for the past 15 years. They have always striped to update and keep things clean.Having kids it's always been important to have a nice hot tub and pool and they have lived up to that expectation over the years there's maybe been once or twice that the pool has been cold due to maintenance.Nice, simple, clean, affordable. Rooms were clean, air was not so crisp and fresh. Service was better. Had a pet but I didn’t think they charged for it.

Stayed here twice. Clean rooms. Breakfast was small but adequate. Usually eggs, sausage/bacon, waffle station, yogures, cereal.

The coffee machine in our room didn't work for us, there were some errors in charging us although they did fix them. The bathroom was tiny and didn't have a real door(pocket door) which was annoying. I also am fairly sure based on smell that there was some smoking done in our room before.Rooms: Small and musty.

Does not allow pets and the manager was rude and tried to tell me they don't have check in until 4PM. Really!? If I have to check out by 11 I don't think a noon or even 1PM check in is too much to ask. I have never liked "Sleep Inn" anywhere I have been. Don't bother stopping here because you probably won't be able to get a room anyway.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Provo. Love their showers and the staff is the best! Bethani, AJ, Brittany, Jamie, and all of the crew! Thank-you for the stays..clean, quiet, elevator, breakfast! Great location. Absolutely my favorite place to stay! Oh and a pool!Rooms: Great rooms, clean, comfortable, refrigerator, microwave, breakfast! Very up to date.Nearby activities: BYU, University Ave, UVU, Provo Canyon, close to Sundance, LDS Temples close by, good restaurants. .Safety: Quiet, safe, great location.Walkability: Shopping and storesFood & drinks: Lots of fastfood and restaurants..and mall.

Great staff, friendly, caring about Customers concerns and requests and, thank you for making my stay welcoming and, safe for myself and my little one. Defiantly would stay again and, it’s in a great location close to everything.
