I've never had issues with this location before until tonight. We ordered 2 drinks over the app we checked into a stall waited 30 minutes and nothing.. so we tried the button, no answer, tried calling them, they hung up. So we went through drive thru and the lady got mad at us and tried arguing with us for leaving the stall even though we were there for a half an hour waiting for them to even notice us.Terrible experience terrible customer service

Dominik is a freaking jerk. When my husband asked if the “Real Banana” shake had real bananas in it he responded all pissed “no, this is fast food.” In the past we’ve gotten banana shakes that had frozen bananas in it. Last time we ordered a banana shake they gave us a disgusting banana pudding-like shake. We already know this is a fast food place, Dominik. Regardless, if we have a question about the food you’re supposed to respond in a respectful manner. You’re getting paid for it. Can’t even imagine asking this person if something on the menu has something someone might be allergic to. He might scream at you through the microphone.

I hate to stoop so low as to leave a review for a fast-food joint, but this location consistently provides extraordinarily bad service. Their night staff is always grumpy and short-tempered. They are especially talented in the art of getting my orders wrong. I've found it uncommon to actually get the same food that you order. It seems intentional. This last time, I ordered a brownie blast with extra brownie, and they gave me a vanilla shake with a single little piece of brownie, as if they are saying "screw you." The breakfast sandwich I ordered came with the contents of an entirely different sandwich. The order was taken correctly on my receipt, but deliberately prepared wrong. It's as if some of these employees are so upset about their situation, that they feel the need to take it out on the customers by intentionally giving offensive service. I don't trust the food served at this location any longer, as it genuinely seems like some people who work here are disgruntled enough to spit in my food.

I went with my son. We had some fun. So walk don't run, you son of a gun to Sonic drive in. Where its not a sin to chow down on food that tastes so good. It's makes you smile to eat with your child.Parking: It's a drive-in. Of course there is parking. Silly Google.

Ordered a meal. Asked for the fries with no salt. After I put the order through, I guess the lady forgot to turn off her mic and decided to complain over the fact that I ordered no salt on the fries and that I was a liar who would up asking for salt packets to add to the fries. I told her I could still hear her and she quickly turned off her mic.Once my meal was brought, I asked to speak to the girl directly to get an apology from her. Turns out she’s a manager in training and did not want to show her face. Another manager had to come out to issue an apology on what she said was a joke. I’m not laughing, if she has the nerve to make comments like that, then she can confront the customer as well, especially if you’re training to be a manager.

I would give a negative if I could.I was hate home working and I sent my son to get me lunch.I wrote down what I wanted on a note pad. He read it exactly to the order menu.When he got home I opened my sandwhich and it was incorrect.I called them and the only thing they would do was have me come all the way back up and they would replace the sandwhich. Are they going to pay me for the gas and time they waisted on me?Get the order right. How hard can that be?This Sonic site is the worst. They take forever and always get something wrong. BTW they didn't include a straw for the slush and no sauce for the popcorn chicken and onion rings that were ordered.What a waist

VERY slow and cares more about taking out trash than getting customers their order. I had to wait over 10minutes for ONE small drink and I only got it when I did because I went inside and demanded they help me. I was told it was cause they only had one person in the kitchen. Well maybe the other two shouldn't be emptying ALL the outside trash bins at the moment. Even when talking to worker she tried to continue going out to keep doing trash instead. They helped several cars in drive thru who didn't even get there until after me while I waited for my one drink. Unacceptable
