im a teen for perspective and i went there when i was 15 once and got my hair cut by a girl with hot pink hair.
i have curly hair and i showed her a picture of a more masculine haircut that was still pretty long and just a bit short on the sides, and had pretty long bangs. i was really excited because she was fun while asking me what i wanted. but she basically gave me a feminized edgar cut. my bangs were an inch long and so was the rest of my hair.
and then when my mom was visibly angry and very upset about it the hairdresser tried to make it better by saying that my bangs would get even shorter because of shrinkage. i didnt want my hair that short and i left the salon sobbing :(
i went there one more time ages later and i think it was macey who cut my hair and it was just a trim and layers and she did great. but i dont think ill ever be returning here since that whole experience has just ruined salons and my trust in hairdressers.
i couldnt find the exact reference photo but i remember this is another photo i had that looked identical, and what my hair looked like after.

I’ve had my hair cut and styled here a couple times before but this time was by far the best! Eliza is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I was going and took the time to make good judgements. I had an appointment later in the day but I never felt rushed once while I was there, which I appreciated. She was excellent today. My only wish is that the salon paid hourly and not on commission, but I get that that’s not really something in my or the salon’s control. Tip them well 10/10⭐️

I have good experiences here in the past but today’s was bad.I went in for a cut, wash, and blow dry. I scheduled with any available stylist which happened to be Kimberly. I did not have a good experience with her. I have straight hair and came in curled. Instead of washing my hair, Kimberly immediately started cutting it while it was dry and curled which freaked me out. She also interrogated me about hair care routine and seemed very judgmental of it making me feel like a child. She also kept commenting about how I had some breakage in my hair saying how that’s bad for hair without offering any solutions. She suggested I get a bonnet to sleep in even though my breakage was minimal and I have fine, straight hair. My hair cut ended up being fine but it was a bad experience. The wash to like 2 minutes and it just felt like she dropped shampoo and conditioner on my fair then rinsed it out with cold water. She also refused to finish drying my hair even though it was part of the service I payed for. Kimberly also wouldn’t stop talking about politics during my appointment which made me extremely uncomfortable because I am very private about my political views. I felt compelled to agree with her during my appointment or I was afraid she would start lecturing me. Overall this was not a good appointment and I’m probably going to look for a new salon next time I need a trim.
Also I found the service menu on the website very confusing. I thought I was getting a cut, wash, and blowout because that’s what the title of the service says. When I check the service menu after the appointment the description of the service said cut, wash, and blow dry. A blowout and blow dry are very different and I didn’t appreciate being mislead online.

I had a normal haircut. It was quick, and the cut was good. My hair stylist was so friendly and nice. The price was also good for a cut and wash. I think if the appointments were longer, they could spend more time doing final touch ups, but overall it was good.

Worst pedicure ever. The nail tech didn't seem to know what she was doing. She kept dropping things and left several times to look for things. She couldn't find polish and I had to chose three different colors before she found one. The water was cold. She didn't trim cuticles or work on calluses. At times she was bending my toes in very uncomfortable ways. She told me my nails were dry but they were not and when I got home the polish was a mess. In the end I felt like I could have done a better job myself. My nails are uneven and the polish is a mess. Huge waste of time and money.

I asked for only the top layer to have LENGTH taken off, but the hair dresser started THINNING my hair. I was and am so upset. My hair is curly so thinning it often makes it frizzy and makes my layers thin and uneven. My hair now isn't as voluminous as when I went in and that is a huge part of my confidence that has now been taken away because the hairdresser didn't know what she was doing. I would have been better off cutting my own hair. I was in tears trying to keep it together leaving this place.

I have moderately short hair, and I went in to cut it about an inch above my shoulder. I discussed it with my stylist and I thought we were on the same page, but she cut it about 2 inches shorter and I was left with a chin-length bob. It’s not a bad haircut technique wise, but I’m left extremely disappointed with the results. I would be hesitant to recommend going here, even though it is very cheap.
