The first and only dress I tried on at Sweetheart Bridal was my dream dress (after visiting 4 other places). It fit perfectly, size 12 and 6'1", didn't need adjustments. It was $1500 so I almost didn't buy it, but I think it was worth it. I rented the veil for $25 somewhere else because I didn't want to spent $100-$200 on a veil here. Service was helpful.

Sweetheart Bridal was a wonderful experience for me! It has a more laid-back feel where you go in and pick out the dresses off the rack that you want to try on. I also had someone who brought me additional dresses to try on while I pinned down the features of the dresses that I liked. I appreciated that many of the dresses in shop are already modest so it saves the hassle of trying to reimagine what a gown would look like if you had to completely recreate the top. I found a gown I loved after looking at several other shops for a great price. I ended up ordering the dress directly from the designer through Sweetheart Bridal in which we also were able to make some customizations (i.e., added sleeves, sweetheart neckline, buttons on the sleeves.) The dress came into the shop a month earlier than expected! The only things I had to worry about was getting the top of the gown fitted to my body and some bustles added since the dress had a lot of layers which was especially helpful since I lived out of state. I actually ended up buying a beautiful veil from this shop, too, when I went to go back to pick up my dress. I would highly recommend this shop to any bride who is looking for modest dresses (and accessories) for a great price without compromising style and beauty! My husband also ended up buying his tux from the associated shop next door which worked out perfectly.

We were shopping for a prom dress. We had went many places and couldn't find the right dress. We were looking for something more modest and found it here. They had a small selection but all beautiful dresses and most of them modest. Happy with Sweetheart Bridal.

If you don't want or need a lot of guidance or service and you are on a budget, this may be a good option.
Pros: It was easy to get an appointment time. The consultants (and I use that term loosely) all seem very nice. The one we had was very sweet and friendly as far as small talk and friendliness. It is very relaxed and casual. They let you just walk through the racks and pull dresses to try. You essentially just buy off the rack there.
Cons: In spite of filling out a detailed info questionnaire ahead of time, calling ahead with sizes and budget, there was zero preparation by the shop for the appointment. The helper was in no way a consultant. The entirety of her help was to clip and zip the dresses, close the dressing room curtains (not even a door), and hang the dresses back up. The dresses were all dresses we pulled from racks. In other words, we could have done this completely on our own and kind of did. Another small thing that was disappointing was that the consultants were dressed far too casually. They could have been running a garage sale in the same clothes. It doesn't support a vibe for selling gowns that are hundreds or thousands of dollars.
The decor seemed very low budget as well. None of that matters if you find a dress you love in your price range and size and style, though. Ultimately, that is all that matters. Just lose any image of any version of "Say Yes to the Dress" scenarios you have seen on TV or online, or you will be very disappointed.

Avery was extremely kind and helpful! She was so sweet and stayed after the store had closed so that my mom was able to see some of the dresses I liked. She was very attentive and listened to the details I wanted in a dress, then pulled out a dress that quickly became my favorite one! Definitely recommend this store and working with Avery! :)

She was very attentive and listened to the details I wanted in a dress, then pulled out a dress that quickly became my favorite one! Definitely recommend this store and working with Avery! :)

Ahhh!!! I went to a store before this one and wowwww Sweetheart Bridal was a HUGE BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!! It was clean and cute and bright and fun. Avery was so cute and helpful and easy to get along with! I am sooo glad I went there!! I wish there were more options in my size but ??♀️ Thank you SOOO much Sweetheart Bridal for a woonderfullll experience!!!!

This was my very first stop with dress shopping and it really helped me launch what I was wanting and helped me discover something I never knew I was wanting. My stylist was great and was such and amazing hype man keeping the energy up with the whole group.

Not even kidding, the first wedding dress I tried on was the one I chose. Everyone was so sweet and helpful, including consultants, Taylors, etc. they had great information and advice for alterations and sizing. The prices were the best I saw in my searching, and they have a very impressive selection of totally modest and beautiful dresses. Each dress is unique and so detailed! I would recommend looking here to anyone looking for a wedding dress.I wasn’t chopping for dance dresses but I loved looking at their cute hoco/prom dresses! Same goes for those! Beautiful and modest.
