If you go through the drive through at night the crew will have you pull forward around to the parking lot and wait 25 minutes before you having to walk in to remind them about your order all so they can cheat their drive through time monitoring even though no one else is there

This taco bell is great. Workers are nice and helpful. Food delicious. Terrible for you, but so yummy. I will never give them five stars because of the policy of charging for sauce substitutions. It's so stupid and a blatant money grab.

Who are you gonna believe: some deep-state "Local Guide" who, for all we know, is taking money from the Lizard People to lead a smear campaign against the 9th East Taco bell?? Or me, a local resident who has patronized this location for YEARS?! I have NEVER—not ONCE—accepted any bribes from Lizard People. And we may never know if Justin Baron can make that claim.The quality of service, food, and atmosphere of the 9th East Taco Bell has never been higher! I dare say it's trending upwards, and has been ever since I can remember. And Luis is a national treasure. I would die for Luis. More on him later.Even though the 9th East Taco Bell is arguably the best Taco Bell in all of Provo... nobody's perfect. I will admit that tonight, I opened up my chicken chalupa cravings box to discover... there was no chicken chalupa. The 9th East Taco Bell had mixed up my drive-thru order with another customer's. My entire world was shattered. I shook my fists at the sky; what kind of heartless god would allow this to happen to his children?But that's when I realized: what is life if not an opportunity to learn and grow from our mistakes? A chance to connect with our fellow human beings? To join together to rise above this fallen, fractured world building relationships with one another before we leave this mortal coil? When I called the 9th East Taco Bell, Luis answered. He had already realized there had been a mixup, and was already prepared to remedy the mistake. Not even 5 minutes later, I was sinking my teeth into the most perfect, juicy, warm chicken chalupa I had ever eaten. I wasn't just at peace with the world, I was ONE with the world. I could see into the very mind of god. I understood. He wasn't cursing me with a wrong order, he was teaching me what it means to be human.Maybe I was too harsh on Mr. Baron, Local Guide. Maybe he isn't taking money from Lizard People. Like I said, there's no real way for us to confirm the rumors we've all heard flying around. But maybe he just got unlucky and had a bad experience or two. (RE: approaching the counter to place an order—they have quick and easy self-service kiosks to place your order on, which could explain why the staff wouldn't notice someone at the counter immediately.) But I didn't come here to this Google Review section to invalidate other people's experiences, I just came here to say that as someone who has frequented the 9th East Taco Bell for YEARS now, I've definitely had some subpar experiences, but it's a pretty good place, and I honestly feel that they're getting better overall. And Luis is a real homie, shoutout to Luis. I hope all his hopes and dreams come true.Vegetarian options: The Spicy Potato Taco is great, I don't care if you're vegetarian, carnivorous, or even a Lizard Person.Dietary restrictions: Yo, if you've got a dietary restriction, first of all: thoughts and prayers. I had a buddy who had celiac disease AND developed an intolerance to lactose. The dude only ate like chicken and broccoli. He was ripped af but couldn't eat ice cream anymore, and I saw him shed a single tear any time he saw it. But anyway, that guy could eat some things at Taco Bell, so I bet you can, too.Parking: The 9th East Taco Bell parking lot is HANDS DOWN one of the parking lots of all time. And there's even a dry cleaner next door with a HUGE lot that you could park your extra cars in like if you were in a parade and needed somewhere to put your extra cars while you ate your Taco Bell. I know the guy who owns the dry cleaner and he'd be so chill with that. But the Taco Bell's lot is plenty big too.Kid-friendliness: One time I saw a kid in there and she was grinning SO big I thought her head would explode. If she was having THAT good of a time, you better believe it's kid-friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The door isn't automatic and I don't know if there's a button on there to open the door.
