The most unfavorable location for tax preparation! I engaged their services to assist with my taxes; however, due to their miscommunication, they failed to submit them in a timely manner. On the final day for filing taxes, I received a notification indicating their busyness with other clients. This raises concerns regarding the value of the service for which I had remunerated. Terribly disappointing experience.

I came here because of the good review they had. They are very professional and organized. Please read the paper they gave you before giving your W2 form. You walk in and the ladies in the front are pretty much submitting your forms. Then they call you and a 2nd person comes in pretty much just tells you your refund or otherwise. What I didn’t like is that if you don’t like the results your pretty much screw, I understand they don’t give free estimates which is okay I was willing to pay whatever they will charge me. I was just surprised when I ask please don’t submit it. He said is already submitted. So now I have to file amendment with the IRS. They didn’t even ask me all my deductions I could’ve made like my babysitter I pay for my health insurance ect. Please be more careful especially if your like me that prefers that one on one. For you won’t have to file an amendment and the process to be longer.

The truth is that there is a lack of respect and professionalism on the part of this business. I have been coming for three consecutive days at 10 o'clock, which is the advertised opening time, and on all 3 days I have had to wait because they will be approximately 15-25 minutes late. They also do not have services available every day. For example; I came to renew my daca and they gave me an appointment for the next day at 10 in the morning, for which I am here and again it is 10:16 and it is closed. It really is disrespectful, my time is no less important than theirs because they are the owners of a business. If you want to succeed in your business, respect your client's time and be professional!!!

I didn't receive my refund for 3 months. They never solved the situation. Just excuses.When I went to the IRS I discovered that they did not send the requested information again when the lady from Tax Max, the times I have called, told me that in the "IRS everything appears sent and accepted." I do not recommend it
