It took extra long because of glitches and I didn't have enough information to be prepared. One guy knew what he's doing but still I had delays. I think they did their best but I wish there was more people who could solve it, and wish they had a contactless payment method because I couldn't pay until I found the way that could use debit and luckily had enough in the bank.

First of all, definitely inspect the tools before you go home... If it looks like it might not work, well... That being said Erica was super helpful and was very kind and patient. I really appreciated the help. Over all a good experience.

The phone rang and rang and rang forever and nobody pick the call. Bad service. I was transfer. They also were page to pick up the call and after five minutes I did hang up.

Waited 45 minutes while the one worker took his sweet time helping one customer in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous wait times for a Saturday morning.

Very disappointed. Provo Home Depot is not very good ! Was to receive new washer and dryer but it was damaged on delivery. I asked them to leave it, install, and just order in new door, but was told no. Then asked when a new unit could come, they said they could not confirm. Asked for a full refund and told THEY had to wait on LG.....its now been 4 days, no refund, no calls.. I Called Lowes 2 days ago, ordered same unit, and it was installed today....and saved 100.00 too! Bye Bye Orange, Im a new fan of Blue !Took 4 calls to all areas of Home Depot Nationally, now working even with local store manager and asst manager and they just want to keep blaming LG, their supplier for delays, that should not be my issue. Return my money, and they should chase vendor, instead Im left without the washer/dryer, and no money......sad way to treat customers by Home Depot. Just disputed charge with VISA is only message I think Hime Depot will hear to get it done.

1, I have spent thousands of dollars here over the past couple of years, granite counter tops, appliances etc. I purchased some pedestals for my washer and dryer and received the wrong ones. They refunded the money and ordered the correct ones, they were supposed to be delivered today and they changed it to another week. We found them somewhere else and cheaper, and we can get them tomorrow! Already have waited almost a month! That is bad customer service.

Today 07/13/22 about 9:00 pm We are looking for a new refrigerator me and my wife, and she is so excited to buy a newer one, but the customer service is Horrible, the employees Were arguing with each other about who's Going to help me appliance person and costumer person Because one has to going home and the other don't want to help me . The costumer service girl she's ignored me and left me Standing on there ,she's just walking like don't want to help me . I ask for the manager on charge ,waiting like 10 to 15 minutes because I want to complain about,but never showing up ,he send other person ,like I don't think they care much about the way the employees treated the costumers . Honestly I don't think they care about this complaints because I don't see any answers on the reviews. Poor customer service.

I understand the start of the new year with garden equipment having trouble. But I went through 3 different tillers before one worked. I even had to bring one back after it wouldn't keep running. They gave me a discount, but it took a half a day, what should have only took 2 hours. Other than that, it was great.

I went to the store to purchase a very expensive item. The app said they had one in stock. I went to the location it told me on the app and there was not one. I asked an employee to help me. He scanned the shelf tag and his hand held told him there was 2 in stock. He told me he was going to ask another associate if they could help him locate it. There I was in limbo for 10 minutes. I saw him and he was doing something else. I feel once I was out of sight I was out of mind. I had to ask him about it. He never came back to me to say they could not locate one. Very frustrating. I told him I could spend my $1000 elsewhere thinking that would spur him on to see if he could find someone else who could help. Nope. I guess they don't care about there customers or there money. So another store got my $1000.

I had a poignantly bad experience at this establishment. There were no good vibes to be found in the building, not to mention bad music choices for a hardware store, and no one knew who to contact to answer my tile questions for my dog's new bathroom. I was positively sniffed at when I asked if a certain type of tile was safe for Donald's paws, and I felt very put out. I will not be returning to this location again. The only positive tidbit was talking to a handsome and kindly man in the lumber section who will remain unnamed to protect his privacy. Also, I heard that they don't give sick leave to their employees from a friend, so that's a questionable company policy. Shady much?
