The best thing about this store imo is that if you get a screen protector, they’ll replace it for only $10 when it eventually cracks. Of course, you can buy screen protectors on Amazon for less, but if you get it through this place, they’ll put them on for you—and I’d rather have a pro put it on than do it myself. They do an excellent job.This is one of the best phone repair stores I’ve been to, easily. They always seem to have a deal and they even have their own designed cases and chargers (and they work well and look nice).

I bought a protection plan and paid $150 dollars from 05/28/2022 in which I was told everything it covered and one of the things was a screen protector, when it was replaced I would not be charged for that service. I have gone twice since then and the first time I was not charged anything, the second time I was charged 10 dollars that was paid but I needed to replace it again, and it is unfair to have coverage and have to pay so what is the benefit of paying $150 dollars and having to pay is annoying
