I reserved a dolly which they didn’t have one. Wasn’t notified before hand so I couldn’t make any arrangements to get one. so I only could move 1/2 of my stuff. Now I have to rent another truck and rent a dolly from home depot to move the rest of my stuff the truck should be on them!!!!

Ordered a hitch from someone on the phone at the call center, paid for the item over the phone, and when I went to pick it up an hour later, the part was reserved for someone else and they would not give me the part. They did spend about an hour trying to source the part from somewhere else but were unsuccessful.

Last minute decision to rent truck. People very helpful and courteous to help us. Easy check out and check in.They even helped clean snow off the windshield . Very pleased with their service .

The rental/return process is quick and easy. The cab inside has a weird smell and the van’s handling and acceleration are terrible. Don’t be fooled by the $19.95 rental rate— $0.79 a mile adds up quick!

We had a great experience with Uhaul at this location. We had reservations set up a month in advance with Budget truck rental, but Budget didn't have our car carrier when we were scheduled to pick it up or for a few hours thereafter, but this Uhaul location saved the day and had everything we needed just an hour after we called. They also worked with us to get a price that was competitive with Budget. We had a great customer service experience and they took care of us. Highly recommend.

It was an alright experience. I got charged extra miles for a trip that was pretty straightforward, especially considering that I had to drive quite out of my way just to drop the truck off.
