Brian was amazing he helped me get my phone fixed I was worried I'd have to get my charger port on my phone replaced but he helped me get it sorted out and it works amazing now! 10/10 would definitely recommend

Completely Unacceptable Experience
I took my PlayStation to uBreakiFix expecting an actual repair service. Instead, they took my console, charged me $80, and did absolutely nothing to fix it.
After keeping my PlayStation, I was eventually told it was “unfixable” and then casually suggested I take it somewhere else. No repair. No solution. No value provided whatsoever. Just a recommendation to go pay someone else after they already took my money.
Charging customers for a “repair” when no repair is performed is unacceptable. If your business can’t fix a device, fine — but taking money and then shrugging your shoulders is not okay.
This felt like a complete waste of time and money, and frankly comes across as dishonest. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting uBreakiFix with their electronics.

They were able to fix my computer but it took two weeks. It didn’t really seem like they knew what they were doing so that was a little stressful

This place kept our xbox for weeks, tried one thing and then another and then ordered parts and then gave up and said they couldn't fix it. Uh... huh? Terrible experience.

I needed an hdmi replacement get my device back and they tell me I didn’t bring a power cord with me(which I did) and I get on it and it has been used with games trying to be downloaded. They did the repair and it works but if you bring anything in make sure it’s locked up and don’t bring accessories. They also gave me no updates and I had to call to get any info and find out if it was ready.

Super easy quick replacement for my Google Pixel 6a battery that was fried from a recent update. They totally handled it. Travis was very great to work with and Jasmine fixed it up quick. Also did a screen protector replacement and port cleaning. Would recommend!

I took my wife's broken phone into the Provo location where Travis and Makaia assured me that they could fix the phone and have it done in less than 3 hrs. They exceeded expectations! I will definitely return!
