This is a sc company that will scam you for $300. They were horrible. DO NOT USE they just screwed me over, again they are SCAMMERS. I was waiting for two hours with a screaming baby and they weren’t even a real towing company. Do not use.

They quoted me $259 to tow my car 7 miles…. It’s not even worth calling and getting a quote. Don’t do it.

My insurance dispatched a tow request to this company. When United Towing didn’t show up, I called them. They said “we attempted to reach you multiple times and since you didn’t respond we cancelled the request.” They never called me once and had sent one single text which I responded to. Don’t count on this company to come through if you need help!!Service: Car towing

They are pretty scammy. They charged me for $198 and ended up calling another towing company called Don Shelley Towing to tow my car. Don Shelley came and they told me I could have called them directly instead and it would be way cheaper.

I was quoted $390.00 to tow my vehicle 6 literal blocks...under a mile!!! I told them they could shove their services!!! I cannot even begin to express my outrage..over a quote!!! Highway robbery!!!

I placed a tow order at 5:05 PM through USAA Roadside Assistance for a tow from Provo East 300 N Splash Summit area to a dealer in South Jordan. Five times United Towing revised the ETA until they finally cancelled at 10:11 PM due to the snow storm. This is Utah and we all drive in the snow. There is under 1 inch on the road right now at 10:40 PM. There was no snow at 6:00 and 7:00 PM. To make me wait over 5 hours and then just cancel is unacceptable! Take your business elsewhere—NOT United Towing!

Called at 9pm. Said several times that they were on the way. We waited until 2pm and they still never came. I would not recommend to anyone.

United had meI was traveling alone, stranded in my car, they had me pay up front before they would send a tow truck. They entered the credit card Information wrong twice, which they processed the card in another state!?!? SCAM!!! so the tow truck never came. I sat there 3 hours! I called another service, they were there in 15 minutes and charged 1/3 the price of United. United required a picture of my drivers license along with credit card info. They have you because you are distressed and need help and they totally rip you off!Services: Car towing

I called at 9am to set up an appointment to have them tow my car at 10am. I called them at 10:10 because no one was there yet and they told me my appointment was “processing” meaning that they were either there already or pulling up shortly. I called back at 10:45 because no one had showed up yet and they told me it was going to be another 45 minute wait. I asked if I could speak with a manager about getting a slight discount for having to wait over an hour for my appointment and he said “no we don’t do that.” And then hung up on me. I called back to try and cancel the appointment because I have other appointments I have to be at, and I had to call back approximately 7 times before they would answer and then cancelled the service. Very disappointed, will not be calling again.Service: Car towing

I needed a jump start. So i called United Towing Provo. Ben came to my rescue. He was polite and everything went well. If you are deciding which towing or roadside assistance service to choose from, look no further- Ben is your dude!!
