I dropped off a package with $100 worth of things to ship, UPS lost it and refused to do any investigation on what happened to it. Terrible experience. Don't use this, as UPS won't help you since even if the tracking number is in their system they will insist that they haven't recieved it and can do nothing for you. This level of service leads me to not consider UPS for shipping anything unless it is the only option (such as with Amazon returns). Again I would still go into the store to do that and I would never use this box.

Lovely box but there were so many wasps (or yellow jackets or some sort of long stinging insect) I nearly jumped out of my skin

As with the other unhappy patreons, I too waited 30 minutes for a leprechaun to pop out of the drop off box and take the package from my hands. This didn't end up happening. After 30 minutes I got back into my car and left. Keep in mind I did open the box and yell inside to see if someone was on their way... no response. Customer service was not existent at this box on the side of the road. I'll try again in the future.

Terrible customer service. I waited there for 20 minutes and the staff was nowhere to be seen.

This drop-off accepted the package I dropped off with no complaints. Sturdy solid metal. Nice, oiled hinges.
