I went into the branch on a weekday afternoon. Reasonable waiting time. Very friendly and professional staff who know their products pretty well. Efficiently helped me out. It was a pleasant experience. I'd recommend.

Chase was not only delightful and incredibly friendly but also displayed a deep knowledge that made the entire interaction a pleasure. He was so patient with all the questions I had and made sure I understand the different options I have. Terrible I opened a checking account. The next day they locked it up. They said they need to verify me a second time.3 days later still refusing to let me get my money.Verified Me when opened account. Knowing I had to get a motel room. I gave them cash. With account on hold i had to sleep out side because I put my cash into a account. In store.Dont let you self me mislead as I did.

US Bank is one of those large financial conglomerates that prey off the small consumer.Their customer service agents on the phone have zero competency and are not authorized to make any decisions.I deal with the same issues constantlyTheir fees are outrageous!I go into their physical banks and they are equally incompetent.The app is extremely lagging.In this modern day and age, traditional Banks are definitely not the answer.Support your local “not for profit”Credit Unions. Not that my little account matters, but, the joke is probably on me. I should have left their bank years ago.I’m partially at fault for allowing this bank to “sift me as wheat”The only emotion US Bank leaves with me is anger. I don’t want to be angry.In my ignorance I stayed.

U.S. Bank ? More like Mexico Bank. U.S. Bank branches pretty much only hire Mexican bank tellers that barely speak any English.

Went in today at 1:30 pm. Was told they were open, got there, guy seemed SUPER annoyed that we were there and proceeded to tell us they were closed even though they close at 4?

I was only free for a limited amount of time for an appointment, and the person I talked to on the phone the day before was able to help me out and get me in the next day.At the branch, I was helped by Cyler, who was very personable and a great help! He was able to help me navigate my profile better and open a new account. He responded very promptly and helpfully in the ensuing days to ensure that everything went through properly, which it did!#USBANK

I went in to make a deposit on April 14 and the ATM machine broke down in the middle of the transaction and took my ATM card and my money; it did not give me a receipt or anything else. The only reason I used the ATM it was because they were close due to the Covid 19 I called in the Orem Danielle was super helpful this is why I give it a two star not a 1. It's been almost 3 weeks and the bank has denied my claim and have not giving me the money yet. Danielle call me and said that they had finally found it and that it would be in my account by Tuesday; that would be 3 weeks and a day later.
